Kim is an amazing agent. She recently helped me buy a home and was there from the beginning. I found her through looking at websites like this. I hope that my comments will just reinforce the great things that are already being said about her. In looking for a home Kim put together a list of homes that fit what we were looking for. She also drove with us to numerous homes that were all over the place that we thought we might like aside from the list. She helped us with negotiations and with the bank. We had some tuff times with a certain bank (boa) but Kim was amazing in making sure that everything was done right. She even came with us to the final signing to make sure that all the papers were correctly drawn up. You won’t find too many agents like her, so don’t pass by on her! Even after the close of the home she has been there helping us solve any questions that we had. I’m not sure how many people would help out calling people after the close of the home. She goes above and beyond. At least give her a call!
