Sold a home in 2004.
My husband and I have bought and sold four properties with Kim, one of which was an investment property purchase and she came through with flying colors every time. Kim is extremely thorough and always goes the extra mile to make sure the transaction goes well. From her excellent photography when placing a listing, to her promptness in returning phone calls, to her extensive knowledge of the area, Kim is a professional at all times. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Bel Air, MD.
We have had the pleasure of working with not only an excellent agent, but a very nice person to boot ! Kim went out of her way to help us with our needs and was very informative in her knowledge of her business as well as the area in which she works.
She made us feel at home and welcome to a totally new area for us. She made us feel relaxed and comfortable in our house hunting.. Kim is a class act and comes highly recommended.
