Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Arden Park, Chandler, AZ.
Kiran and his team were fantastic! It was our first home buying experience and from start to finish we were glad to have him as our realtor. His feedback was great on any homes we were interested in, listing out pros and cons. Along the way he answered any queries we had. And when we finally zoned in on a home, he continued to help us out with locating home inspectors, fixing the mortgage broker and all other small details. All in all, our home buying was sweet not only because of being able to locate a great home, but also because it was a very informed home purchase, thanks to Kiran and his team.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Kiwanis Park, Tempe, AZ.
Just purchased my first home with Kiran's help. He was very knowledgeable of the current market conditions and was able to make it easily understandable for a novice like me. The website he provides to find available homes is very intuitive and easy to use. Even though I know he had other clients, I never felt like just another number and I would definitely work with him again, as well as highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy their first home.

We made 2 purchases with Kiran in last 12 months, Kiran and his team were extremely knowledgeable , dependable and trust worthy. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Sun City, AZ.
I had the pleasure of working with Kiran and staff as they took on the short sale of my home. I have never worked with a more professional and more knowledgable staff.. It was an ongoing challenge in this particular case but Kiran and his staff kept fighting on my behalf and ended the closing of this home in a very positive manner. I can't thank Kiran and his team enough, for all their expert advise, their promptness, their kindness, and their ability to fight and get things done. Kiran Vedantam and his team helped us to buy our first home. This home was on short sale and had all the features we needed. Sold a home in 2012.
Kiran and team helped negotiate the sale of our single family home in Gilbert, AZ. From the start, the team was very responsive, non-pushy and very cordial. I had weekly feedback on agent feedbacks etc. Very happy to sell my home in November, which approaches the slow season in real estate. Kiran & his team are extremely responsive & knowledgeable. They made our home buying process smooth. He always would agree to show us homes on short notice. Later during negotiations, his knowledge helped us get our home at a lower price than the asking price. He also made sure the closing process was smooth, guiding us along the way as we are first time home buyers. Bottom line, he is a realtor that can be trusted the give you the best service!
