Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I used Kirk to purchase our second home. We had a terrible experience with our previous realtor so I was cautious this time around in picking a good realtor. I couldn't have been more pleased with Kirk! He made our home buying experience fun and easy. Kirk is knowledgable in the Fort Worth area and was able to guide us on what neighborhoods would give us the best return on our money and that were also family friendly. Once we found our home he negotiated $20k less than the asking price. I never write reviews because I typically don't have the time but I am writing this review so homebuyers out there know how good of a realtor Kirk is so their homebuying experience can be as seamless as ours was.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Villages of Woodland Springs, Fort Worth, TX.
Kirk is a consummate professional. Anytime my wife or I had questions, he was always very quick with an answer. His preparation and research before our purchase was incredible. He was able to put any fears we had throughout the process to rest. There are hundreds of realtors in the area to choose from. Forget about all of them. Call Kirk and realize that you are getting the best professional out there!

Kirk worked with us on both our home buying and selling. While selling our home he starte by presenting us with a full color brochure explaining comps in the area, market trends, and expected price window. He also brought in a professional photographer to get the pictures of our house, which incidentally is what sold our home. We had an offer over asking 7 hours after our house hit the market site unseen strictly based on the amazing photos. He also took us to several homes and gave us his honest input on each home. He helped us come in with a reasonable offer that turned out to be below appraised value. Our whole processes had many hickups from both the people buying the house we were selling and the people selling the house we were buying. He handled all of these with ease to make sure we got the absolute most for our money. I cannot recommend Kirk highly enough.

Kirk McDonald was professional in his handling of the sale of our home in every way! From our first introduction through the rapid close, he was attentive, concerned, and an excellent guide. We could not have asked for a better experience!

I Recommend using Kirk McDonald if you are in need of a Realtor because they showed me and my wife over 40 house within two months and we closed on it at the end of March 2013. They worked around our busy schedules and helped me find my perfect first home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Westcliff, Fort Worth, TX.
We are from another State and wanted to find property for our son attending TCU. Kirk's coordination with our son was excellent. Working with someone via phone and internet could have been very difficult. Kirk made the communication very smooth for us. He took it upon himself to work with our college son's schedule to view properties. He went out of his way to pick up our son at his dorm to show him properties. They contacted us via phone and internet to review properties and also give us his opinion on how the property would work for our son. He and my son found the house they felt would accommodate all our requirements. All the negotiations and signing of papers were handled via internet and made it very easy us not living in Texas. I would highly recommend Kirk to anyone looking to purchase property.

Kirk was referred to me by my fiancé after he helped her sell her house. I was already familiar with his favorable personality so was excited to start the journey of homeownership to provide a home for my new family. I had a couple of personal hurdles that had to be addressed which he handled quickly and professionally. Kirk was quick to get back to me on any question I may have as well as contact other parties on my behalf. His extensive knowledge of the business and markets in DFW made the home search process extremely easy! He was very punctual and listened for clues to details about what I was looking for without me having to give him a list. He would tackle a large list of viewings based on my schedule. He always seemed to get the appointment I needed the first time! I appreciated Kirk’s very candid and honest feedback about some of the houses I looked at. He wasn’t going to let me make the wrong choice! Needless to say, he helped me narrow my search and I found the house that I now call home. We got an excellent deal and made some friends along the way. Highly recommended indeed.

I was originally scared based on the stories you hear about the home selling experience. When I faced the decision to sell my home, I was referred to Kirk by the finance company I was talking to about my options. He called me the same day that I sent him a short email describing my very unique situation. Kirk was so pleasant, thorough, optimistic, and knowledgeable over the phone that I agreed to use him to list my house on the spot. Kirk came over less than a week later with good news about the market in my area and his suggestions based on his research. Everything he said was perfect. He had a photographer come to the house that weekend who was excellent to work with as well. He quickly staged the rooms he was working with and hardly even bothered me as I was working that day. Later that evening Kirk let me know that my link was up and go take a look. Everything was so beautifully done that I was ready to tear up knowing I was actually selling my house after 10 years. We had our first call for a showing the following morning…and three more the next day. Even though I had issues with the roof that I had to address, what I thought was going to be a horrific experience, turned out to be seamless. Kirk negotiated a fantastic cash deal on our house which only took 8 days from the start date of listing to have a signed contract for right at asking price! He did all the leg work, and all I did was show up for closing! I cannot be more pleased with my decision to allow Kirk into my life. He is truly fantastic and officially a permanent member of my Christmas card list! I highly recommend Kirk for any real estate business you may have.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Arlington Heights, Fort Worth, TX.
Kirk and Christi helped us find a home for our son while his is attending college in Ft Worth. They used their insight of the local market to assist us in finding a home that would work well for our situation. On paper, many homes we found looked like viable prospects. But being from Dallas, we really didn’t know which areas would meet our requirements and Christi assisted us in finding the right home. If you are looking for a good team to work with, Kirk & Christi would be a great choice.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Berkeley Place, Fort Worth, TX.
We were first introduced to Kirk in 2012 when we decided to move closer into Fort Worth. Kirk was really knowledgable and led us in the right direction to buy a great house. He listened which was so important in letting us make our own decision rather than a pressure sell. We had such a great experience that I have recommended Kirk to all my family and friends. Due to a relocation we called Kirk back in less than a year to sell the house he helped us buy. Kirk knows the Fort Worth market so well that he priced our house right... We had 3 full price offers in 2 days!!! I can't say enough good things about Kirk. You can't go wrong with Kirk as your realtor!!
