Bought a home in 2008.
When we first met Janice Smith we found her knowledge of the area very impressive and one of hte only realtors that was willing to go into areas that others would not. She actually took the time to show us property that had limited axcess and when our dog got hit by semi truck she told us that she would only look for property for us that did not put our other dogs in danger. I have not met a realtor that took the time to get to know her clients and care enough to put them first over her sale.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2008.
Janeece is one of the hardest working people that I have meet. She is willing to go and help with anything to make the deal happen. There is no many around like her. She has even offered to help with moving people in to there new home. I wish I knew more people like her. If you were to have her list something, you will be blown away. I dont just think of her as an Agent, I think of her as a freind. Thats the best thing I could ever say.

Showed home in 2008 in Englewood, CO 80110.
I was looking for property in the Goldendale area. I met with Janeece and we toured some properties. She gave more details about the area. Janeece has a good sense of community and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. It was a great experience.

Bought a home in 2008.
Janeece worked with us to find a home in Goldendale. Besides being excellent in all the asked about areas, she was tireless and never lost patience with us and our search.

Bought a home in 2009.
Janeece did a great job when I purchased 30 acres of raw land in Bickleton. She let me know what was available (a lot of peace and quiet), what I was available if I put in some effort (water wells, solar and cell phone coverage) and what the history was of the property. I'd highly recommend her for any future clients.
