Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Shoreline, WA.
We used Kim to purchase our first home and she was very helpful all along the process. We visited at least 20 homes and she was always very honest and enjoyable to be around with. She always had good advice and it was obvious she was not trying to rush us in purchasing a home, but rather make sure we find the right home for us!
Buying a home is definitely not an easy process, but Kim made it a whole lot easier!
If you look up the word Perseverance in the Dictionary, you will see a picture of Kim! We had some land that needed sold, but thanks to our Nation's recession and housing slump.. the process was slow. Kim stuck it out; always coming up with new and creative ways to market our land.. And finally found us a buyer! I highly recommend Kim Neuhardt as a knowledgeable and hard working agent!
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Monroe, WA.
We stumbled across Kim Neuhardt in the early stages of our house hunting with Zillow. Little did we know as first time home buyers what a treasure we had found. In this day and age of information you really need someone who can help you sift through all the real estate out there and help you find the home you want. Kim was always available to answer any questions and pass along any information we needed...and in this market there can be many. Her use of technology kept things moving along. She was quick to keep us up on places as soon as they came available, and for us it made the difference between purchasing our home and not being just another offer on the table. She walked us though the process from beginning to end, and was there every step and stumble of the way, and we appreciated that immensely. The process would have been quite overwhelming without her help. In the future we will be sure to recommend Kim, and most definitely she will be the one we call when we next need an agent. An agent we also consider a friend!

If it were not for Kim I would not have a house. She did everything for me! I got stuck with a bum of a lender who never called me or answered any questions...but thanks to Kim I was still able to get my loan and my house. She is not just a real estate agent she is a true friend. Kim has more knowledge of the home buying process then anyone I have ever met. I will for sure recomend her to any and all people looking to buy a house.
Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Riverside, Everett, WA.
Kim Neuhardt was very helpful and her insight was indispensable during the process of purchasing my first home. She was very quick to find a wide range of homes that fit the criteria, doing plenty of background research to dig up any potential issues.
Probably what I found most helpful was the fact that I could ask Kim for help at any moment and she would be quick to answer back with exactly what I needed to know. It could be a question about a particular home or about some legalities on paperwork. It didn't matter what I asked, the answer was always quick and prompt. The availability and quick responses were much appreciated and took out much of stress out of purchasing a home. The process was made much more enjoyable because of this assistance.
I would recommend Kim to any family or friend who are in the market to purchase a home. The combination of knowledge, experience and attentiveness to her customers goes a long way in helping to find a perfect home and removing much of the uncertainty that could often occur when buying a home.
Thanks again Kim! The house is perfect and could not be more happy with the process or your help throughout the entire search.
Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $50K in Everett, WA.
Kim was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond the call of duty. She answered EVERY question I had as a first time home buyer. She always made time for me and made me feel as if I was her first priority, when I know she had plenty of other things going on. She was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot through the process of buying a home. She was always willing to talk, meet, or whatever I asked of her. When I go to buy my next property, she is the person I will contact!

Kim Neuhardt did an amazing job with a very difficult short sale negotiation.
I had been looking at houses for 6 months on line and one day decided to click on assign agent. Our first communication was through email; Kim was also well versed in texting. What a bonus! My hectic schedule didn't allow for a lot of phone conversation...her versatility with written communication kept everyone involved well connected.
I had been looking for zero down loans and kept coming across “House Key”, a Washington State based program offering assistance with down payments. My bank hadn’t heard of it and then I mentioned it to Kim. She said, “Oh, I know a gal who does those, let me connect you with Kelly.”
The long months dragged, Kim kept my spirits up. Her ‘hang in there’ texts and email explanations of the convoluted process really kept me off the ledge. She kept in touch with the short sale company and I got weekly updates. Wow did I look forward to Thursday!! At one point, the bank finally agreed on terms and then they declined. Kim negotiated with the short sale company and together they presented an offer more palatable to B of A. Short sale approved!
I highly recommend Kim Neuhardt to anyone buying real estate. Her competence, easy personality and razor edged negotiating skills (she covers in velvet), gave me a piece of the American Dream.
Kim, I can’t thank you enough.
Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Bothell, WA.
Kim is absolutely wonderful! She stays on top of things and had answers before we even knew we had a question. I always felt as though my husband and I were the most important people in the world to her. When we were tempted to go down a wrong path she steered us clear. She wanted the best for us.
We were in the best of hands with her at the wheel. We would not hesitate to recommend her. We would not ever consider using anyone but her!
Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $300K in Delta, Everett, WA.
Kim is an agent who not only is kind but keen. She always kept my dreams and wishes paramount in our search but kept me safe as well being able to immediately spot issues that could potentially be or become an issues in the future steering me safely around them by gently pointing them out educating me. Kim would never have encouraged me to buy a property that she felt would be a problem at any time, in any way. Her goal is to help the homeowner in any way and keep them safe in their purchase.
Kim is the most honest person I have ever known and not only is my agent but a trusted friend I found through my search for my dream home. She knew my desires and led me tirelessly to my home. As I worked to get my home in the condition I wanted she gave me expert advice on style and theme. I've been fortunate to receive an award for participation in the Everett Historic Walk of Homes 2010 and the City of Everett William F. Brown award for preservation of a historic home 2011.
I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking expert, honest, professional and compassionate service.
I would highly recommend this agent. Kim is not only knowledgable and works very hard at taking care of your needs but she is very personable, warm and friendly. She puts you at ease in a process that can be very trying. I first came to know Kim when we had to move my elderly mother out of her condo into a retirement home. The whole idea was very upsetting to my Mom but Kim stepped right in and came along side all of us and helped in the process of going through all my Mom's possessions and cleaning and arranging remodeling. When it was all done, my husband and I liked it so much we decided to sell our home of 30 years and buy the condo. Kim became a very good friend through all this.
