Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 in Mount Pleasant, Washington, DC.
Koki and his agent, CJ, helped us get our dream home in Mount Pleasant, DC. In this incredibly competitive market they helped develop a strategy to place a winning bid! CJ, our agent, never tired of showing us homes. We looked at over 50 homes in very different neighborhoods. We saw so much inventory, that when we finally honed in on what we wanted, we had no second thoughts. They were our advocates from start to finish, we got a wonderful home and we got a good deal in a seller's market because of their insights and inventive bidding strategies!More Less

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Catholic University, Washington, DC.
My wife and I worked with CJ Davis, an associate with Koki Adasi's firm, to buy our first home. She was highly attentive, knowledgeable, has excellent negotiation skills, but most importantly is patient. In the competitive DC real estate market I think that's an important quality in an agent. As we were purchasing our first home, we were anxious about "getting it right." CJ always gave us honest and practical advice and helped steer us into purchasing a great home. I would highly recommend her as an agent to any first time home buyer.More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.0M in Great Falls, VA.
CJ Davis and Koki Adasi provided exceptional service in helping our family find our first home. They were there with us every step along the way. CJ was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable in all several very different areas where we looked as we narrowed our search. She spent several weekends tailoring to our every need throughout our search. Once we found "home", CJ and Koki were provided excellent advice throughout contract negotiations and were able to recommend several excellent local area service providers (inspections, septic, contractors, etc). Overall our experience with Koki and CJ was above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend them for anyone buying or selling a house!More Less

Koki Adasi is the team leader for Koki & Associates, Inc. with Long & Foster Real Estate. He is a motivated and dedicated real estate agent who places customer satisfaction as his number one priority. Having grown up in the DC area -- attending Magruder High School and Mount Saint Mary's University -- Koki is perfectly situated to provide professional guidance and area knowledge to his clients. He first entered the real estate business in 2006 while looking for a career that would allow him to combine two of his passions: people and real estate. In 2008, Koki was recognized by REALTOR® Magazine as one of the thirty most talented, up-and-coming realtors in the U.S., in 2009 he provided real estate expertise on CNN's The Situation Room and NPR, and in 2010 he appeared on an episode of HGTV's television show House Hunters.

Outside of real estate, Koki's time is spent mostly in volunteer activities or on the basketball court. He has served on the Board of Directors for YMCA Youth & Family Services since 2006, volunteers with Rebuilding Together annually, was the assistant JV coach at The Bullis School from 2007 to 2009, and was recognized by the Greater Capital Area YMCA as Philanthropist of the Year in 2011. Having played basketball since he was young, he played at Magruder High School and Mount Saint Mary's University. While real estate keeps him busy, he finds time to play in several recreational leagues in the DC area, and can also be seen in attendance at many Washington Wizards games.

His team member, CJ Davis, joined Koki & Associates, Inc. in early 2012. Originally from Wisconsin, CJ moved to DC to attend American University in 2003. After obtaining a business and marketing degree, CJ started as a sales and recruiting consultant with a staffing firm in Washington, DC and then moved into international recruitment. In 2010, CJ enlisted Koki as her REALTOR® to help her achieve her dream of home ownership. She enjoyed the home buying process so much she decided to follow her passion for real estate and join Koki as his newest Associate.  CJ enjoys working with families and individuals as they make one of the most important decisions of their lives.
