Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Catholic University, Washington, DC.
My wife and I worked with CJ Davis, an associate with Koki Adasi's firm, to buy our first home. She was highly attentive, knowledgeable, has excellent negotiation skills, but most importantly is patient. In the competitive DC real estate market I think that's an important quality in an agent. As we were purchasing our first home, we were anxious about "getting it right." CJ always gave us honest and practical advice and helped steer us into purchasing a great home. I would highly recommend her as an agent to any first time home buyer.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.0M in Great Falls, VA.
CJ Davis and Koki Adasi provided exceptional service in helping our family find our first home. They were there with us every step along the way. CJ was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable in all several very different areas where we looked as we narrowed our search. She spent several weekends tailoring to our every need throughout our search. Once we found "home", CJ and Koki were provided excellent advice throughout contract negotiations and were able to recommend several excellent local area service providers (inspections, septic, contractors, etc). Overall our experience with Koki and CJ was above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend them for anyone buying or selling a house!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Germantown, MD.
CJ Davis made my home buying experience a thrill. Very knowledgeable about the market and made my closing process as smooth as possible. CJ made herself available to cover any last minute items regarding the closing, and also stepped in when we could not meet a utility provider at the house. I would not recommend anyone but CJ and Koki!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Hyattsville, MD.
We worked with one of Koki's associates, CJ Davis. My wife and I were talking about her yesterday as we were watching shows like House Hunters and see these people being so picky and dragging out the house hunting process. We were saying how great a realtor we had in that CJ listened to everything we wanted and showed us several good places in the time frame of just one day. We were able to have a couple of good options at the end of that day and put an offer in right away. We knew our schedule wasn't easy to work with so appreciated how well CJ handled everything and how hard she worked.

Koki and CJ were fantastic. We were first-time home buyers with a limited understanding of the process when we started. Koki and his team are very approachable, and they very patient with us. They walked us through each step, and were eager to help in any way.
Most importantly, we felt that his team had our interests at heart. We would highly recommend to a friend, and will definitely be be going back to Koki for any future real estate needs.

Koki has both helped me buy and sell a house. He is knowledgeable about the whole process and helped us make important decisions. Even after moving out of the area, he was able to look up a realtor in the area to help us find a new home!

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 in Landmark/Van Dom, Alexandria, VA.
Koki Adasi is the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agents I have ever worked with. The team of professionals that he has assembled to make a smooth home buying process possible is unmatched. The property that we selected was the 4th home that I have purchased and by far the easiest. I gave Koki the bottom line of what I wanted the outcome of negotiations to result in and let him and his team run with the offers and counters at the end we got exactly what we wanted and more. Post contract all of the providers that Koki and his team recommended were top-notch they made getting a loan, inspections and appraisals a breeze. It was a blessing not having to worry about things not getting done. As his motto say “Koki is the Key” there is no truer statement.

Koki marketed and sold my condo a few years back in a very difficult market. Based on his exceptional customer service and expertise I went back to him when I decided to purchase a new home. He again surpassed my expectations with his dedication to finding an affordable home with a great commute. I highly recommend Koki if you want a Realtor who you can get along with and trust to make you a priority.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $375K in South Lakes Dr / Soapstone Dr, Reston, VA.
Koki recently helped my wife and I find and purchase our first home in Reston, VA. He is very knowledgeable about homes in both Maryland and Virginia. With my wife and I both working full time, it was hard to schedule times to look at houses. Koki was extremely flexible and changed his schedule to accomodate ours during the entire process.
