    Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Bethlehem, PA.
    We simply couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Peter Ryan. He helped us sell our home and purchase our current home (which we LOVE).

    Is this market, Peter was able to negotiate the price we wanted for the sale of our home putting us in a great position to purchase our new home. Peter gave us great suggestions on how make our home more attractive to buyers and was never more than a phone call, text or email away. We saw great activity on the home we were selling because of the marketing resources behind Peter and ReMax from ads to open houses and listings on all the top real estate websites.

    Peter worked with us to get an understanding of the type of home we were looking to purchase. He lined up viewings based on what he knew we wanted and found us the home we call our "Forever House" because it’s everything we ever wanted in a home.

    Bought a home in 2013.
    My husband and I needed a buyer's agent with area expertise to help us find our first home. We found Peter after researching online and he was quick to get back to us.

    Peter knows the area like the back of his hand and was able to help us pinpoint certain towns that would be appropriate for our growing family. We discussed what we were looking for in a home and Peter set up many showings for us. Because he is also knowledgeable in the inspection process, he was able to give us forewarning if something was old/close to breaking/etc...

    Peter was always available if we needed him and was very thorough in explaining the process of buying a home. We were not local and Peter still made it easy to be in contact at all times. When we found "the house," Peter was quick in helping us write an offer and negotiate a great price.

    We just closed on our new home and could not be happier! We can't begin to truly explain how great Peter was to us during the process. He was/is also able to connect us with local services.

    Peter grew up in Emmaus, graduated from Salisbury High School, and graduated 2nd in his major from Allegheny College, Meadville, Pa. (B.A. philosophy). His first position after graduation was with the Olympus Corp., achieving record sales for two (2) multi state areas during his time with the company. After working in progressively more important positions with other companies, he finally achieved his long time goal (no kidding!) of becoming a Realtor, which also included becoming a graduate home inspector, gaining a thorough knowledge of the nuts and bolts of any structure. Throughout his Real Estate career, he has continued to perform "above the crowd" (as RE/MAX puts it), attaining consistent results in both good and bad markets. Aside from ongoing classes to enhance his skills, and a successful business career which prepared him extremely well for the job, the primary reason for his success is a strict adherence to one simple rule: The sale or purchase of any Real Estate is often the most important transaction an individual or family will make.
