Peter Ryan is by far the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. He possesses the knowledge of a home inspector and is always looking out for your best interest. It is very apparent that Peter is in the business due to his passion for real estate. We looked at several houses with Peter that turned out to be significantly less charming than they appeared in their listings, but he persistently kept us optimistic that we would find the right one. We never felt pressured or rushed in the decision making process. Peter will tell you the pros and the cons of each home, and although he will give you his opinion, the ultimate decision is left to you. Peter made our home buying experience fun, easy, and affordable. I know this sounds like a sales pitch, but seriously, you will not regret choosing Peter Ryan. I found him based on a Zillow recommendation and would recommend him for both the first time home buyer or the experienced. Thank you Peter for helping us find our new home!

My wife, 4 year old daughter and I were relocating to the Lehigh Valley from Charlotte, NC. Of all the decisions in such a life upheaval, hiring Peter was one of the best. He worked tirelessly to make the move as smooth and timely as possible. He was always available and immediately answered every question. From the first call to closing, we never doubted that we had the best possible agent working for us. I will recommend Peter to anyone interested in hiring an agent for any reason.

Found a tenant for a Condo home in Center Valley, PA.
I attempted to rent my townhome by myself, I used Craigslist and word of mouth... very unsuccessfully.
From the time I connected with Peter and decided to use him as my realtor to rent the home until the time I had 4 applications was 6 days! Unbelievable!
I was able to chose the best tenant, and have the townhome rented well before the date I expected.
Constant communication, updates on the process and what to expect in the process (this was my first time being a landlord), Peter made everything easy.
I would recommend him to anyone looking for property in the valley.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Coopersburg, PA.
Peter provided EXCEPTIONAL services to us during the showing and closing of our property. I never had to wait more than 30 minutes for Mr. Ryan to return my calls even during evening hours. We had excepional circumstance because we were out of state during and several weeks before the closing. Mr. Ryan handled all matters big (new septic system) and small (hand railing) and always kept us informed during the process. I know Mr Ryan had several closings the same week as ours but we always felt like we were his only customer.

We felt very fortunate in having Peter as our realtor in the purchase of our new home in Schnecksville. He was highly attentive to our needs and offered excellent guidance in the search and processing of the sale. We truly felt that he was looking out for our best interest. He is an honest, likeable, friendly, conscientious person, yet was able to assert himself when necessary particular while dealing with our mortgage lender and contractors during inspections when challenges arose. It one word our experience with Peter was WONDERFUL!!!!. He is an amazing realtor, person and now friend. Peter is considerate of your needs and wants in buying a home and truly has your best interest at heart at all times. You never get the feeling that he is pushy, or trying to just close the deal to make some money. He has gone way above and beyond for us.
Just one example to show you how amazing he is, though there are many i could give, here is just one....
When my husband and I purchased our house, you would think that with any other realtor the realtor client relationship would end once the checks were collected and papers signed, but not with Peter. Once we got to our new home with our newborn baby girl, we quickly realized the water had been turned off and the water company had refused to turn it on until after the weekend. In a panic we called Peter for some advice and without us even asking he just appeared at our new home on the phone with the water company...and within minutes he had contacted multiple people and pulled some "strings" and our water was turned on. Not only did he get our water turned on, but he stayed the entire afternoon in 95 degree weather and helped me and my family unload our moving trucks!!! I cannot imagine many of our friends being so willing to help let alone our REALTOR!!! We are so impressed with him and have recommended him to many people...my husband and I now consider him a family friend and plan to keep in touch with him for many years to come. So long story short, you would be crazy to not hire Peter Ryan, he is a true professional and overall amazing person.

Bought a home in 2012.
My fiance and I just purchased our first home and couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. Peter was so knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. As first time home buyers we were pretty clueless and he took the time to explain EVERYTHING to us. He goes above and beyond what is expected to research the area and provide you with all of the information necessary to make informed decisions through out the whole process. He was very prompt in returning all phone calls and emails and never put any pressure on us through out the process. He also has tons of resources and referrals when looking for home inspectors, mortgage companies, carpet cleaners, etc. and we found all of his suggestions great and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and incredibly helpful real estate agent.
Is this market, Peter was able to negotiate the price we wanted for the sale of our home putting us in a great position to purchase our new home. Peter gave us great suggestions on how make our home more attractive to buyers and was never more than a phone call, text or email away. We saw great activity on the home we were selling because of the marketing resources behind Peter and ReMax from ads to open houses and listings on all the top real estate websites.
Peter worked with us to get an understanding of the type of home we were looking to purchase. He lined up viewings based on what he knew we wanted and found us the home we call our "Forever House" because it’s everything we ever wanted in a home.
