In April of 2003, Kris was working for a well known communications company and made a life decision that he wanted to leave all that he knew and get started in the real estate industry.  At the time, we had a young family and most thought he was out of his mind.  His success was instant and by September of 2005 I joined him.

We have managed to achieve and exceed every goal we have set for ourselves. We believe this is because we treat everyone how we would want to be treated - fair and honest.  When you absolutely love what you do, everything else just falls into place. Our main goal is to enrich and bless each and every life that we touch.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Saint Peters, MO.

My condo sold in less than two weeks. Kris and Tammy saw to it that it was properly staged for the photographer. They shared information on sales of similar properties and projections to help me determine an appropriate listing price. They marketed the property aggressively and were proactive at every point in the process, anticipating the best action to take. They were thorough in explaining processes and issues, and provided sound advice. They were as close as my phone when I had questions. Selling a home is an expensive transaction most people only do a few times in a lifetime, so it is nearly impossible to feel confident and comfortable about it. I believe I was very fortunate to have skilled realtors who informed me, put my mind at ease, and enabled me to complete the sale knowing everything was done well.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $450K in Saint Charles, MO.

My husband and I came across Kris and Tammy by complete accident! We were looking at a home that was in foreclosure and a quick Google search brought them up as the local experts. The foreclosure was in auction on Hubzu, and unfortunately we lost out. However, we felt so comfortable with the Hanson's that we stuck with them! We found a home that we were interested in making an offer on, but we felt the asking price was out of whack with the market. Kris, having been in the business for quite some time, was familiar with the listing agent. He went to bat for us and through many conversations was able to convince the listing agent of "where the price should be". We ended up getting the house for $70,000 under the list price, and we were very pleased! Consequently, we needed to sell our existing home. Kris and Tammy came out gave great advice in terms of staging and how to best present our home to the market. Based on their expertise, we agreed to a listing price about $15,000 above what we had anticipated. We had three offers within 24 hours which led to a bidding war! We sold the home over our asking price.

I know everyone thinks their agents are great when they do their jobs; however, Kris and Tammy not only did their jobs, but they also netted us more than we had anticipated. They are open, honest, friendly and hard working. Excellent people and stellar real estate professionals.
