Sold a home in 2012.
I'm looking to move to the Mesa area and buy a home. I called Kristi for information for the best way to accomplish this. She was very helpful and knowable in the area of financing and different methods of purchasing a home.

Sold a home in 2011.
Our experience working with Kris Miller was stress free. She is knowledgeable about every aspect of buying and selling property and informed us of our options every step of the way. We felt she was an expert and we were never surprised at any point. Her communication skills are excellent and we felt as if we were her only client, which of course, we weren't. This has been the forth time Kris has represented us, in either buying or selling a house. That should be, really the only thing that needs to be said. We recommend her to everyone!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Val Vista Lakes, Gilbert, AZ.
We had spent over 2 months looking for a house with another realtor. To sum up that experience--I felt we were doing business like in the 60s.
I only knew Kristi's husband and mentioned we wanted to work with someone we could fully trust and IT savvy.
Kristi was kinder and more hard working than we deserved. Once only we had to go over a list of about 25 properties and detail the reasons for and against each. Kristi quickly figured out our preferences, perhaps better than we had, and made everything seem easy. We begun seeing over 80% of her listings (with the previous realtor we had been spending hours sorting through the listings and seeing about 15-20%). Not only were all our questions answered, but they were answered in minute detail, often on weekends, many times after 11pm.
We made two offers in two weeks. All documentation exchanges happened online, saving us a lot of time and allowing to move promptly with the offers.
Kristi was also very efficient and helpful after our offer got accepted: arranged for the inspection, brought in bidding contractors (we bought a foreclosed AS IS property), communicated very effectively with the seller and our loan officer, offered lots of useful advice, etc.
We are extremely satisfied with Kristi's help, will definitely rely on her services in the future and highly recommend her to all our friends.
