sorry I missed that part :) it is a great site though! when do you think you will be done with the currently working on and plan to dos? I have a couple clients looking in that area but dont really want to do to much work to it

anything would be helpful! I sold the one at 3839 kendra in july of last year (in 5 days!) and still have buyers in the area so i wanted to forward it along to them :) thanks!

thanks for the input, I had a home close to you for sale last year and we got an offer on it.. problem was it didn't appraise at what we had it listed at.. I was just wondering if your appriasal was near that one. if i brought a buyer I wouldn't want to over or under bid it.
