As a licensed 'Associate Broker', I have been serving the needs of clients and customers in the Kent, Lake, Muskegon,  Newaygo, Oceana, and Ottawa County areas since 1990.  Additionally, as a licensed 'State Certified Residential Appraiser' and designated Certified Valuation Consultant, I assist my seller clients by helping them correctly price their property for the listing market. The appraisal license and knowledge of the market also helps my home buyer clients make an informed offer to purchase.
 
I am a member of, and follow the strict code of ethics of the National and Michigan Association of Realtors, the West Central Association of Realtors, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, and the National and Michigan Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
 
My successful transactions have included residential properties, income & investment properties, HUD homes, short sale & foreclosure properties, commercial properties, vacant land, hunting parcels, and waterfront & recreational properties.
 
I assist buyers and sellers through the entire process- From the pricing, marketing, negotiations, contracts & paperwork, financing, title search, appraisal, inspections, escrow's, and through the closing.
 
In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, traveling, hunting & fishing, and spending time with my wife and daughter. I serve my local Lions Club as a Past President, serve on the Board of Directors for the Oceana County Housing Commission Land Bank Authority, and am a Past President of the West Central Association of Realtors.

I consistently attend real estate and appraisal classes & seminars to keep myself informed about updates, changes, and new ideas in our business to better serve my clients and customers.
