As a licensed 'Associate Broker', I have been serving the needs of clients and customers in the Kent, Lake, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, and Ottawa County areas since 1990. Additionally, as a 'State Certified Residential Appraiser' and designated Certified Valuation Consultant, I assist my seller clients by helping them correctly price their property for the listing market. The appraisal license and knowledge of the market also helps my home buyer clients make an informed offer to purchase.

My company and I are members of, and follow the strict code of ethics of, the National and Michigan Association of Realtors®, the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors® MLS, the West Central Association of Realtors® MLS, the West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors® MLS, the Mason-Oceana-Manistee Board Realtors® MLS, the Commercial Alliance of Realtors® MLS, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the National and Michigan Association of Real Estate Appraisers.

I assist buyers and sellers through the entire process- From the pricing, marketing, negotiations, contracts & paperwork, financing, title search, appraisal, inspections, escrow's, and the closing. 

In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with my wife and daughter. I serve my local Lions Club as the Past President and serve on the Board of Directors for the West Central Association of Realtors® as the current Vice President & President Elect.
Additionally, I consistently attend real estate and appraisal classes & seminars to keep myself and my agents informed about updates, changes, and new ideas in our business, to better serve our clients and customers.
