Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Independence, MO.
I am so thankfull that I found an agent like Kelly. I have never met anyone that has worked as hard as she did to find me a house. I would recommend Kelly to anyone. She will look after you all the way through the process. When we went shopping every house we looked at she went through the house like a fine tooth comb. Thanks again Kelly for everthing!!!!!

Bought a home in 2011.
Kelly helped me find my dream home for retirement in Independence. We (my wife and I) being from NC did not know Kelly before I called her. She was not the first of many agents I talked with but she was the last that I needed to speak with. 1st she answered calls most of the time and replied back promptly if she couldn't answer it. 2nd she helped us put together a time effective strategy to help us find a comfortable neighbor and selection of houses. 3rd on our final house tour she was quick to point our concerns and positive points with house structures. 5th she worked well with our bank, inspections, seller responsibilities and paperwork that leave me no question we had the right agent (Kelly). When the seller saw that we buying through a bank had the same offer as another person paying cash the seller chose us because Kelly was more pleasant to work with than the other agent. Kelly's good reputation was the cap stone in this situation to us getting our house!!!!

Kelly Sloan simply SPARKLES and SHINES with a certain je ne sais quoi.
Kelly went FAR BEYOND the call of duty as my agent for buying a first home. She turned househunting into an educational process and a value-driven mission. She has an incredible gift for generating a quick appraisal of a home by just glancing around for a few moments.
Kelly's fierce tenacity makes her a SUPERSTAR buyer's agent. Not only was she willing to take the extra time to confirm "The One" was also "The Deal," but she also encouraged me to do so even though I had already expressed a willingness to buy. We pounded the pavement and confirmed that comparable homes for sale in the neighborhood were listed at least 4% higher, as she'd predicted, but even then she promised to go to bat for an even LOWER contract price.
The results were impressive. The appraisal came in 5% higher than the listing price and 8% higher than our contract price, i.e. a sizable amount of INSTANT EQUITY. There was even money left on the table at closing, which was used to buy down our interest rate even further.
Five months after closing, I still feel blessed by that rare, pleasant feeling of confidence in having made a very good decision. As the days have gone by, I have grown increasingly satisfied with Kelly's guidance and the home purchase itself.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Grain Valley, MO.
We were so fortunate to have Kelly as our realtor, she worked REALLY hard to find us a great home! She was very straight forward from the beginning and told us what to expect. She also said in the beginning that we may not see eye to eye on everything but it was only for our best interest and that couldn't have been more true. We looked at around 60 houses in 7 different cities all the way from Excelsior Springs to Odessa but Kelly never gave up on us. Even at the end when we found a house and the seller backed out after inspections and the appraisal Kelly still remained dedicated to finding us a great home at a great price. And then, as if she hadn't worked hard enough already...she took it the extra mile to make sure a new furnace was installed and some plumbing issues were resolved by the seller before we closed. During this whole process, she was always available for phone calls, text messages, or even last minute house hunting nights. For anyone buying a home, especially for your first time, Kelly Sloan will take great care of you!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Independence, MO.
We have had a number of real estate agents over the past years and Kelly was the best! You won't find a more hard-working, knowledgable agent, and you won't find anyone in the area better at marketing. I told her to give me as a reference. I don't give reviews like this to many people who have given me service over the years, but Kelly is one in a million.

Bought a home in 2013.
I am a retired military looking to purchase a home using my VA benefits. Kelly Sloan was referred to us by Veteran United Realty and I was told that Kelly is very good with VA purchase so I agreed to use her for our home search...Kelly was very patient with our home search and by the time we got serious in looking and finally meeting Kelly, I was very impress at the knowledge she has in pointing out things in the home that would probably not have been approve by VA. She is a very easy and outgoing person and we enjoy every moment with her during our search of our dream home. I thank Veteran United Realty for referring Kelly to help us with our home search and I would refer Kelly to anyone looking for a good real estate agent in search of their dream home. Thanks to all involve and especially to Kelly for making our home search a very pleasant and unforgettable experience. She's still and maintain the top agent for VA.

Sold a home in 2013.
Great person, loves life, has tons of energy and works tirelessly for you. Either always answers her phone or calls you right back within minutes. Helped with both selling our home and finding our dream home. Was with us on every step of the way, even checking in all the time when most agents would be "checking out" after they'd already "done their part". Was at our closing to be there with us through the whole process to the very end. Would reccomend her to anyone!

I can't say enough great things about Kelly! As a first time home seller, I had no idea what to expect. Kelly helped me at every step of the way during my home sale including coordinating details from the smallest to the largest on my behalf. She is super responsive, always answered my questions, and was always my advocate in the process. She helped me sell my house quickly and for more than I thought I would sell it for.
I have already recommended her to family and friends and will definitely use her again in the future should I have another need.
