Katie has been a wonderful aid in my home-buying journey. She was always willing to answer questions and get information in a timely manner. Katie went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my house closed escrow within my timeframe too. I would recommend her as an agent to anyone looking to buy in Kootenai County!

Katie did a wonderful job working on several different properties. All challenging with problems ranging from bad wells to reo properties with title issues. I highly recommend Katie if you are looking for a home in Coeur d'Alene or the surrounding areas. She was always prompt and prepared.

We had a great experience with Katie. She was very knowledgable and so pleasant to be around. She went over the top to help us and we were happy with what we ended up with. I would highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

Bought a home in 2011.
Katie did an outstanding job for us. She was most attentive to detail throughout the process of purchasing our Post Falls home. At several points, she "saved our bacon"- pointing out issues and concerns and presenting us with alternative solutions. I have seldom met a more patient, thorough business person. Katie is exceptionally articulate and breaks complex issues down into easy-to-understand bites. She is a hard and focused worker...I recommend Katie to anyone seeking to buy or sell property.
