Katie is highly knowledgable, prompt and extremly professional. She is honest and straight forward, but very tactful and respectful. She has put our needs first and has been commited to meeting them 100%. In this fast paced world we live in she has been a great fit for us I recommend her to everyone I know in need of her services

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Coon Rapids, MN.
Katie was fabulous in ensuring that we were able to get a home we loved at a price that was right for us. She was so flexible and worked with our situation and we ended up with a great house that we love! I highly recommend Katie for listing your home or helping to find a home. Bought a home in 2011.
She goes above and beyond! She took the time to understand my needs and made sure I was comfortable with the process. There are a lot of 'unknowns' that are out of our control in the home-buying process, but she helped me understand both options and prepare for multiple options, without making it seem overwhelming!

She gives it her all and doesnt give up. She made a promise to have my house sold before going into foreclosure and she kept it. She invested alot of time and energy on this property and i appreciate everything sh ehas done. My life is absolutely amazing because of her !!!

Katie was very helpful and kind and always had an answer to my questions no matter what she would always know the answer if not she would call and find out what is going on with this house and was always an honest upfront person who really treated me as a person not another client she was always avalible when needed of a call of question or concern Katie was a tremendous help to making my first buy a smooth simple less stress involved as neccessary i know i will always use her in the future whenever i begin to look for another house again

Sold a home in 2010.
A confirmed super agent in the twin cities. If you want someone to bend over backwards and make you feel like you are her only client then Katie is the agent for you. SIMPLY PUT SHE IS THE BEST!!! She sold our house, and helped us get into the right property. She searched with us for 2 years while we looked for a house. Then when we finally found one the deal was on the table for 2 months and it fell through. she opened up her Sat. morning to take us around and look at more houses. We ended up building on a lot that she showed us.

she helped me get out of a tough situation with my home. She helped spell out the process in detail and knows all the facts in dealing with short sales. After the home was put on the market, all the steps fell into place, and right down to the closing everything went smoothly.

Bought a home in 2008.
I looked for a home for a year before finding the right one. Salary changed, priorities changed and Katie continued to show me homes week after week to get me my dream home. She was great helping me understand the market and what all went into buying my first place. I will use Katie for all my future home sales or purchases and would recommend her in a heartbeat!
