Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $660k in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
Mr Peterson is a very dedicated and knowledgeable agent. He helped us navigate our first home purchase - which was not easy, considering how difficult the seller was ! We had many questions on the process and he spent a lot of time trying to figure out what we were looking for and making sure we understood everything during the purchase process. Mr Peterson's extensive knowledge, straightforward advice, and patience make him the number one person to work with. We will use his services again in the future.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
We had to sell a condo (the wrong property) in the dead of winter (wrong season) in a very depressed (and depressing) market. Frankly, I thought it would be on the market for years. I was wrong. Ken knew exactly what my competitors were doing and communicated every market tremor to me right away. Using his market knowledge and following his advice allowed us to sell at a good price in a very short time.
