In April 2013, my husband (then fiancé) and I began the daunting task of purchasing our first (well, my first, his third) home in the Bay Area. Not having any clue about what this road would hold for us, we began communicating with Kyle about purchasing a home and met him for the first time in May 2013. I don't think any of us could have predicted the long journey of home tours that we had ahead of us ... beginning in Napa, then moving to Sonoma and Petaluma ... to El Cerrito, Emeryville, San Francisco, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Hercules ... and back to the North Bay ... then finally ... Oakland. No matter what our request, Kyle was always willing to make arrangements at a moment's notice for us to view any number of houses we threw at him (one home tour took us to ten houses in one afternoon). Kyle has a very patient demeanor and never pushed us into making an offer on a home with which we weren't comfortable. It was the perfect buyer-realtor relationship for us. The Bay Area real estate market is extremely challenging/competitive - more so that either my husband or I could have ever dreamed. We went back and forth on looking for homes ... getting frustrated ... and subsequently putting our search on hold ... but when the holidays began to ramp up, we found ourselves contacting Kyle to revive our search ... and luckily it paid off. We made an offer on a home the first week of January and closed 30 days later. We are so grateful to be in a home that we love and to have had Kyle's expertise along the way. We couldn't be happier!
