I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend Mr. Larry Andrade at True Compass Lending. He is a true and honest professional that will do everything he can to get you qualified for a home mortgage loan. Larry goes above and beyond and finds the best loan tailored to your financial needs and qualifications. Larry will never judge you based upon past credit history whether good, fair or poor. Larry treats every loan application as if it was his own. This was our first experience purchasing a home and let me tell you that there are several dishonest, money hungry, and judgemental realtors out there! Be careful!! If it wasn't for Larry Andrade (our lender) and his positive, motivating, and "Can-Do" attitude, we would of given up on the entire purchase process after working with the first couple of disappointing realtors. We finally found a decent realtor and Larry Andrade (our lender) has stood by our side throughout the entire process. We are currently in escrow and now awaiting for a hopeful conditional approval. I will definitely use Larry Andrade in the future and would highly recommend him to all of my family, friends, and colleagues. It's hard to find an excellent lender like Larry Andrade! Kuros to Larry Andrade and his entire team at True Compass Lending!

I've bought a number of houses throughout my lifetime, and in most cases ended up using the lender recommended by escrow or agent. In this case, I spent some time researching lenders. As a result, found Larry Andrade on Zillow. The reviews looked good, but sometimes they don't tell the full story. In this case they didn't say enough. Larry is a straight up guy, and will bust his butt to make things happen. He was always available, responsive, and willing to help. I live in Hawaii, and the house I purchased is in California, so in many ways, this wasn't your average loan. With Larry, it was actually easier than almost any other purchase I've done. I don't have any reservations in recommending Larry to anyone who needs a loan to purchase a home.

Larry has been extremely heplful, honest, informative and very patient, we have a difficult situation and instead of telling us "no we can't do it", he's telling us "this is how we can". Which we both appreciate.

I was very happy with the help and service Larry gave me. I went through other companies including Quicken Loans and no one could give me a refinance on my upside down home. His assistant Tiffani Revilla was a very pleasant and sped this process up nicely. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Larry was incredible to work with! He actually took time to listen to my questions and he answered honestly. While other people I talked to about refinancing were all about closing the deal, Larry wanted to make sure I understood things.
I greatly appreciated how available and responsive he was. We talked multiple times and he always took time out for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Larry! He was amazing!

I have never applied for a loan before, so I was overwhelmed at the loan Application procedure given the required documents and paperwork. I called a couple of other loan agents, but their response was slow and untimely.
Larry and Tiffani on the other hand were great. They would reply to emails promptly and were easily accessible by phone..
We were able to get the loan approved within 6 business days, which is warp speed given all the paperwork and documentation required.
Given the complicated nature of Loan Applications, their service made the process completely stress free. It felt great to know that I have someone of their caliber leading me through uncharted territory.
Given the high demand these days, their availability and diligence is truly appreciated.

Our loan didn't work out, but it had nothing to do with Larry and his team. They did all they could to get us approved (even through a couple rounds with one bank) but due to circumstances we had to pass on the loan. Very responsive and straightforward.

Closed purchase loan.
We are extremely indebted to Larry & his team. Initially we were referred to another brokerage for a home loan; however, they turned us away and told us we couldn't qualify for a loan because of a past foreclosure and bankruptcy. Our realtor referred us to another brokerage and told us if there was a way to get home loan, Larry Andrade with TrueCompass Lending would find a way. Well, he was right! Not only did Larry close our loan, he improved our credit scores so we could get the best possible interest rate. Initially, we were looking at an interest rate of 4.5% because we had very low credit scores. After Larry repaired our credit, we closed the loan at a rate of 3.375%. Thank you again Larry.
