Sold a home in 2012.
Andrea and Jesse are the only realtors I ever think of when I'm getting ready to sell a home. They work their "magic" no matter what the economy is doing or the situation presents. They are a perfect team working together and supporting each other and their customers from start to finish. Andrea is very professional and knows exactly what to do and how to share her marketing ideas without any pressure. She even brought in a professional photographer to show my property to its best advantage. Jesse is full of energy and took care of all the inspections and detail work and both are extremely responsive to all calls, emails, etc. What we thought would be an easy transaction on the sale of my home had a few stumbles which ended up closing 2 months past the contract date. Andrea and Jesse both watched out for my house during Hurricane Sandy, making sure things were secure, the heat was on, and keeping me in the loop at every step regarding their contact with both lawyers, real estate agents, and anyone else who had any business with my home during this process. They went above and beyond what anyone could have expected which I really appreciate as I had moved out of state and could do none of this for myself. They are both extremely professional, friendy, easy to work with, and are always thinking ahead to achieve the best marketing position for each individual home. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in South Plainfield, NJ.
