We first found Sean on Zilliow and after reading his profile & reviews we had to give him a call. He was promt in getting back to us the sane day & agreed to work with us in finding us a home. Being newcomers to East TN from Atlanta, we relied on Sean's input for the best areas to look that met our criteria. Sean proved well worth our time. He was patient with us, fought for us as buyers, and in the end landed us a great deal for the house we will start a family in. He zoned in our wants and requirements and only after a handful of potentials, he led us right to the perfect home for us. Even through what seemed like endless negotitation, Sean handled the situation with a great optimistic, professional attitude that gave us peace of mind. Contacted Mr. Glenn via Zillow. Slow to respond, however upon direct phone request, we set an appointment to look at a property, several days in advance of the date. After some contact where Mr. Glenn showed reluctance to show the property, we contacted him prior to arriving on the site at the appointed time, at which point he informed us he was too busy to leave his office. As we were only in town for the day specifically to see this property, this became a real issue. It would have been an appropriate response for Mr. Glenn to refuse our patronage from the outset. The "adequate" ratings were provided simply because I have nothing to base them on. His responsiveness rating however, is accurate.…More Less
