Originally from West Tennessee, Jackson to be exact, I grew up in the world of custom residential development. My father has been the owner and financial operator of Southern Tradition Homes (STH) for the past 25 years. From an early age I learned educated decisions would spell success. Many of the same processes my father uses in his cost analysis sheets for clients are being used in my real estate business. Through this systematic approach I'm able to truthfully tell clients and prospective clients where the current market and their own particular property stand.
I came to Charleston initially to attend The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. Like countless college students I considered several career options in those four years. My first two years at The Citadel I spent pursuing a career in the United States Air Force, with all intentions of becoming a pilot. However, like my grandfather before me, my eyes didn't pass muster and flying became a dream unfulfilled. Wondering what path to take, I considered by true passions. With a keen interest in economics and residential development, real estate seemed to be the perfect fit.
Over the next few years I see my real estate business growing to compete with even the most established firms in Charleston.
