Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Wasilla, AK.
We had Jacque and Larry come to the house and they helped decide on a listing price. The price range of our home was only selling on average one home every month to month and half. They made suggestions about staging the home and also did an incredible amount of research and many photo's. They have great access to all of the current media outlets. Long story short, they helped price and market our home to a fair price. We had a full price offer in 4 days. Pretty incredible considering the market in the home price range we owned.

Their local knowledge of comparisons walked us through the price setting process accurately with complete understanding. Their marketing of our home was the best we've ever seen, we were also shopping at the time.

The professional and accurate marketing of our home quickly brought an offer that required almost no negotiation. They walked us through every step, supplying us with complete understanding which was very reassuring.

Sold a home in 2011.
My wife Sharon and I had listed our home with other agents for over a year with no results. We were skeptical of any real-estate agents at this point when Larrys mother recommended them to us. We interviewed them and two others and were totally impressed with them. They are amazing. They went to work for us immediatley. They priced our home right on. Larry and Jacque are very professional. Larry took pictures of our home and Jacque put the pictures of our home on all the realtors websites. When we went online to look at our home on the web, we were blown away. The pictures showed our home beautifully, in fact, our home sold in less than two weeks from the buyer who looked at it on the web and fell in love with it. Larry and Jacque made the process of selling the house in Wasilla a delightful experience --- especially cashing the significant check afterward!!! From the beginning I felt confident in their advice, they listed the property everywhere an electron is likely to be found with real estate data, and, as I moved out of state as the house went on the market, they managed all the details I was no longer around to take care of. This couple knows their stuff and the real estate market. Communication was just what I needed to know, when I needed to know it. If an item needed attention that I had no previous experience with, Larry had options and was very willing to explain each in detail; leaving the final decision clearly to me (which I liked). The day Jacque came to photograph the house, by the time she left, I felt like I was living in something from the pages of House Beautiful. She knows how to stage a home so it represents well in the market. (Don't argue; take her suggestions!) Lastly, there was always a positive acknowledgement when someone discovered I had the house listed with Larry and Jacque --- these were comments coming back to me 2nd, 3rd, and 4th hand!! It wasn't just chemistry between the Ficek's and me. They really do know how to sell houses and provide customer service. If you are serious about selling, list with Alaska Dream Makers.

Bought a home in 2007.
Larry and Jacque made my first home buying experience absolutely painless. They assisted in finding the perfect lot and the right builder. They were there every step of the way from looking for land to choosing out light fixtures. Larry gave me sound advice in making sure my house would be desirable for potential home buyers when it comes time for me to sell. Jacque spent many hours with me going over all the details of the house that I never thought of. Things always progressed despite me working on the slope. I still call for advice on ways to improve the overall value of my home. I would recommend Larry and Jacque for anyone looking for quality service in buying or selling a home.

We have sold one house and bought two with Larry and Jacque's help. Although this can be a very stressful time, Larry and Jacque were there every step of the way, answering questions, handling issues, and being cheerleaders for us. No question was too big or too small. Their patience and understanding, coupled with their experience and professionalism, made the process as smooth as possible. We have recommended Larry and Jacque to many friends, and their experiences have been positive, as well.
