A Central Florida resident for more than 35 years, LaShawn can and does share her knowledge of each city and the neighborhoods within those cities with both Buyers and Sellers. LaShawn spent her early childhood years as a resident of Orlando, Maitland and Altamonte. When she was 10, her family moved to the city of Lake Mary, Florida where she went to school at Lake Mary Elementary, Lakeview Middle (which is now Millenium Middle School) and Lake Mary High School. After graduating from high school in the late 80's, LaShawn worked at the Central Florida YMCA in Lake Mary and for the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce before starting her real estate career in 2002. LaShawn's real estate experience is vast, with knowledge,advanced educationand a continued desire to assist those who are seeking an agent who will listen to their needs, understands and explains the process to them and is more concerned about building a relationship than in getting a sale.

LaShawn has consciously made efforts to extend her knowledge and experience to all clients, regardless of their price range or level of experience. LaShawn has worked with first-time homebuyers as well as clients selling or buying million dollar homes. Service areas preferred are Seminole and Orange County.

Because she has children also, LaShawn particularily enjoys working with families with children as she is knowledgable about the area schools, recreation opportunities, YMCA locations and other interests that families might have.

LaShawn is married to Rick, who is a residential building contractor who owns his own company called Priority One Homes LLC. LaShawn and Rick have three children: RJ, Nickolas and Konnor. LaShawn and Rick built a new home in the Spring of 2005 and now live in Sanford. LaShawn's family live locally, with her parents and youngest sister Natalie living in Lake Mary, and her middle sister, Rachel, who lives in Sanford with her husband Jeff.
