Bought a home in 1996.
We purchased our home in Westport from MaryAnn in 1996 and our 3 daughters have purchased their 3 homes in Norwalk from MaryAnn and Jerry as well.......we could never work with anyone else.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Norwalk, CT.
Maryann & Gerry are very knowledgable about the area, and finding the right solution. They were always available to come to our home or bring us out to some other homes. Within weeks from the time we decided to list our home as a rental, they found us tenants.

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $625K in Norwalk, CT.
Mary Ann and Gerald have been our agents through three home sales and purchases. They are great to work with, and are extremely knowledgeable about the areas they represent. They took a great deal of time to help us evaluate different towns and communities. They also helped us navigate the complex world of securing a mortgage and managed to educate us along the way. Finally, Gerald's expertise in home construction was very helpful to us in determining which home was the best value for us at the time. We would highly recommend them.

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $1.55M in Weston, CT.
MaryAnn and Gerald helped us buy our home in Weston in 2005, and we were so happy with them that when it came time to sell it again in 2007 we had them list it. Both times they did a superb job, and they managed to sell our house for a great price even in a difficult market at the time.
We would definitely use them again.

After run inns with stuffy , disinterested and " please don't bother me " brokers the are stuck in the past Mary Ann and Gerald are gems that we were lucky to encounter.
