My wife and I recently sold our home in Fairfax (May 2011)thanks to an exceptional effort from Lauryn Eadie. We understood before we hired her that in this difficult housing market it was important for us to hire an agent who fully understood the market, how to best price our home, and how to market our property to get the best results. We knew Lauryn had a great track record in our neighborhood and friends who recently sold their home through Lauryn's efforts gave us a very strong testimonial. After our first meeting with Lauryn we knew she was the person we wanted to sell our home. She was quick to relate to us and understand our needs and she immediately identified a plan to market our home for maximum exposure and best price point. She made it clear from the start that she was committed to helping us get the best price for our home and making this as rewarding an experience as possible. Once we set a date for our home to go on the market, Lauryn was tireless in her efforts to market it. Lauryn didn't just list our property and put up a for sale sign, she created a web site, on-line flyer, 3-D floor plan, created exceptional hand out flyers, and made all of this available on line, on Facebook, YouTube, and all downloadable to a cell phone. Her knowledge and use of new social media techniques for marketing impressed us very much and we are sure it was an important factor in the strong interest there was in our home. Our home went on the market on a Thursday, and immediately we had frequent requests for viewings. Lauryn held an open house on the following Sunday and by the next day we had ten valid offers for our home. By Monday evening we had excepted an offer. We cannot recommend Lauryn strongly enough. She never failed to call us back when we had a question, she effectively communicated to us at all phases of the process. She works very hard and is dedicated to her clients. Despite having multiple clients, Lauryn makes you feel like you are her only client and is there just for you. We cannot imagine having sold our home with anyone other than Lauryn and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that will be responsive to your needs and who will work harder than all the others. She will produce excellent result.
