Sold a home in 2010.
Willy was such a great help to me. Mainly because he knows the island inside out. He was so very helpful with giving me advise, which was very good advise. He sold the house for me in a very short period of time that surprised me because of the housing market right now. I got the amount of money that I wanted and was extremely happy with his personality and thoughtfulness. He is a very trustworthy, kind individual.

Bought a home in 2009.
Willy is an agent who has earned the trust of my wife and I through negotiating two larger vacation home purchases. He assisted us in every step of the way from negotiations through the details of financing and ultimately transfer. It seemed he would dedicate an entire day to our needs if the situation demanded it, and performed any tasks in an exemplary and absolutely trustworthy fashion. In fact, as we were from out of town, Willy continued to assist us with details of the house even after closing! If you seek a truly knowledgeable and honorable agent on LBI, I can think of none other than Willy Kahl. I would, and do, highly recommend him.
For the first time I can honestly say he is some one who is on your side and really works for you.
