Loren was extremely responsive to our requests. She is very knowledgable about the various Maui condo complexes and Maui neighborhoods. We would highly recommend her..she provided us with the facts, figures and answers we were seeking.

I was an absentee owner with property in Maui Hawaii and needed to sell the units I found Loren Clive and she was fantastic! Loren is truly a pro and knows her market, she kept me updated throughout the short sale process and even did some extra work above and beyond to help show the property. Thanks for smoking review, Brian! You were my first listing back in 2010, and I'm still going strong on the short sales, which have gotten more complicated these days with AOAO foreclosing and adding yet another party to negotiate with to the mix. Aloha from Maui

Sold a home in 2012.
We have a lot of clients who end up in situations wherein they need to do a short sale of their property. Short sales are a specialized area of real estate, and our firm maintains a very small list of RE professionals to whom we refer our clients for this service. The process requires a team effort, and is usually very time-sensitive. We recently had a client who had already enlisted Loren's services, so it was our first time working with her. Loren was prompt, communicative, professional, and most importantly she got the job done. We will definitely be adding Loren to our list and recommending her in the future.

Bought a home in 2012.
My wife and I have been looking for a condo on Maui for quite some time. Loren has been very patient with us, even though we are not in the high roller category. Her local knowledge is excellent and she has a broad base of contacts. I would unequivocally recommend her to other buyers. We found a great opportunity in a short sale, vacation rentable 2/2 and Loren has guided us expertly through the process. We hope to close later this month. UPDATE We closed on our condo, Loren was on top of everything and made sure the closing went smooth. She has continued to stay in touch and offer advice to us as we are now absentee owners. We continue to recommend Loren to sellers or buyers on Maui, you will not find a better agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Kihei, HI.
Loren represented us in the purchase of a home(foreclosure) on the Island of Maui in the town of Kihei. We found Loren to be very organized and motivated. She was on top of all documents, required inspections, deadlines and required communications. If we ever buy something else on Maui, we will without a doubt, use Loren's services again. I have and will continue to send friends and family to Loren for any Real Estate needs they have on the Island of Maui.

Loren has been a pleasure to work with. Finially a Broker who represents the Client and not themselves. We have done 3 deals in 6 mos. and are working on 4th one right now. I expect to continue doing 10+ deals a year with her. She is not afraid to hold the local proffessionals accountable to thier contractual obligation. She is presentable, friendly, competent, proffesional and when need be a "Ball Buster"! Go get 'em Loren.

I had a great experience working with Loren Clive. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I contacted her for help or asking questions, she was quick to respond and help out. She was very alert to the processing procedures and negotiated very well with clients. She is a very responsive person and very much a people person and able to work well with just about anyone she deals with.

I highly recommend Loren Clive. She sold our Maui condo so quickly, we then gave her a second home to sell as well. Loren was always very pleasant to talk too and keep us up-to-date on each of our transactions. She went above and beyond duties as a realtor to make sure both transactions went as smoothly as possible. If you need something done on Maui, Loren is the one to call. Helped me rent a Single Family home in Makawao, HI.
Exhausted in the search for the right place, I was about to give up. Then Loren came along with the perfect home that exceeded my expectations (not my budget). At the last minute the Owner tried to change our terms but Loren negotiated an agreement that we could all feel good about. I love the place and am grateful for the relief I was given by having Loren on my side.
