I'm always looking for creative ways to market both my listings and myself. What's the most creative/unusual/response provoking ideas you've used?

I make my own virtual tours (using Windows Movie Maker) ... Then I put them on DVD's with a picture of the house. The DVD says, "Love the house? Take the Virtual Tour with you!" I leave a few copies of the DVD in the house with the listing/brochure, etc.

Hmmmm ..... the lack of enthusiastic response speaks volumes . . . . . . . .
Suggestion: View counts
It would be helpful to include the view count info on the "My Zillow" page to help me monitor how often my listings are being viewed on Zillow.Thanks.

Thanks, Drew. The two problems with checking the home details page for the view count is (1) it would be better to have all that info in one place for instant review and (2) clicking on the listing to check on the view count inflates the numbers.Thanks for your help!
