when I contacted Lee, she was quick and almost spiritual. Its like she knew me all my life, from the moment we met and even after the sale we bonded as friends. We got full histories on homes and locations for each prospect. Lee steadfastly described the best features of every home we saw but she was equally steadfast in sharing her honest appraisal of ways in which homes were not a great fit for our needs. Lee was particularly good at helping us envision how a given house could, or could not, be remodeled to meet our goals.
After the sale, Lee worked with us to identify a great architect and general contractor to help us redesign our new home in Sedona. Lee has also been an invaluable resource for everything Sedona from landscapers to charities to housekeepers and tour guides. Lee knows everyone in Sedona and everyone knows Lee. We even find ourselves consulting with Lee on our real estate dealings throughout the United States. Lee is always responsive and resourceful.
One technical note: Lee is very good at email, text and online research and communication. She is quick to reply to questions and never drops a communication. Her research is always detailed and excellent. Lee is great in person, but almost as good online!
As is the case with so many of Lee's "clients," we've become great friends with Lee after our purchase. I think that speaks volumes about Lee's integrity and personal investment in every one of her professional engagements.
