Showed home in 2012 in Geneva, IL.
Leslie is the most responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with real estate agent I have had the pleasure of working with. My wife and I found her while looking for a new home in the western Chicago suburbs (Geneva, St. Charles) area and I was lucky enough to find a home listed by Leslie that caused me to reach out to her during our relocation. From my first call with her I could tell she was going to be great to work with as she responded very timely and offered to show my wife and me around the area and through communities that she saw as a fit for our family. She immediately set up a watch list that updated us with new home listings and then when we were in Chicago area she traveled with us (for hours) to show us communities in person and explained what areas were ideal, based on our requirements of price, size, schools for our daughter. Every area she showed us was spot on to our needs. Most important though was her willingness to help provide input as we tried to sell our home in Michigan and as we had questions about the sales process here with a less responsive agent and she helped us with recommendations for real estate agents to assist in the sale process here. Ultimately we did not have to relocate and use her services but I would recommend her to anyone in the area of St. Charles, Geneva, and Elgin as there cannot be an agent better suited to help you find a home or sell one.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Saint Charles, IL.
After working with two previous realtors, Leslie was a breath of fresh air. She quickly analyzed the reason why my home was not selling, and marketed it to the right audience. She created a fantastic portfolio and my home was sold in under a week. I would recommend Leslie to anyone who wants to work with someone who knows the real estate business and gets the job done. I only wish I'd known of Leslie's talents earlier. She would have saved me many months of disappointment and worry. With Leslie, she made selling our home painfree. Thanks Leslie.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $525K in Batavia, IL.
Leslie was extremely professional and a joy to work with. She knew the area and quickly zeroed in on the type of home we were looking for. Leslie has also continued to be a resource long after we closed on the home. I would highly recommend Leslie to anyone moving to the area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Wayne, IL.
We listed our house with Leslie in the spring of 2012. We had been trying to sell our property since early in 2009 and had not had a large number of showings in a difficult market. Once we listed with Leslie the number of weekly showings increased dramatically and we had a buyer in 90 days, something we had begun to think impossible. Leslie is a really hard worker who puts her heart and soul into her customers, and if we ever list a house again I truly hope she'll be our listing agent. She really is the best at her job, plus she's a lot of fun to work with. A+

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $775K in St Charles, IL.
Leslie is so easy and fun to work with. She is knowledgable, knows everything there is to know about buying or selling. Leslie is always available . She gets back to her clients right away, no matter what time, day or nite. She has a great personality which is the reason we chose her as our realtor. We will definitely hire her in the future. I would highly recommend Leslie to anyone looking for an expert realtor.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $675K in Batavia, IL.
Leslie was our agent for both the buying and selling of our home in Batavia, IL. We've moved a lot (4 times in less than 10 years) and have never used the same agent for both transactions. Leslie was our exception because she was so good! She sold our home at a reasonable price in 2012, after being on the market for just 2 months. I was most impressed with her knowledgable about the market, in general, and, more importantly, her knowlege about the Fox Valley Area. She was extremely timely in keeping us up-to-date on any changes to the local market (new listings, price changes, foreclosures, contracts, etc) and in discussing with us how those changes impacted us. I was also very impressed with her negotiating skills - using hard facts vs. emotion to plead our case. She was always available to work with us and to answer our questions. She was a great agent to work with and I would highly recommend her!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Carol Stream, IL.
My townhouse familky room and living room looked completely different after Leskie staged them. She used some of my furniture and brought in some items. Next she brought in a photographer to take photos. The photos looked great. When checking other houses for sale online, I thought the photoes for mine looked best.
I found her easy to work with and to talk to. She treated every questionm I had as important and answered in terms I totally understood.
I would and have recommend Leslie.
