For better or worse we have bought and sold a few homes in a short number of years, and because of that, have had a few different real estate agents in the Seattle area. I can honestlysay that none of them hold a candle to Leslie. She worked with us for months to be sure to get our house in the best shape possible for sale. She gave good and guidance, and was also a very good listener, which we really appreciated. The professionalism she showed both to us and potential buyers was unparalleled. My only regret is that we couldn't use her as our buying agent since we moved out of the immediate Seattle area.

My wife and I decided to build a new house and Leslie did a superb job of helping us find the right lot. She knew ALL the neighborhoods, was incredibly effective at matching what we cared about: pricing, the right "feel" for our family/kids, value for the cost, etc.

Leslie was immensely helpful from the moment we decided to look for a condo in Seattle through the purchase process and beyond. Newcomers to the Pacific Northwest with a residence in the Yakima Valley, my husband and I were in the market for an urban "escape" place. Leslie came to our home prepared with a strategy to sell our house, recommendations to show our house in it's best possible light, knowledge of the Seattle real estate market with specific details of house sales in our area and a clear understanding of how that local market would relate to our house, which was not typical of immediate Seward Park area. Leslie listened and understood what kind of pricing we wanted to set and gently took us through the reality of the market. She set a sound marketing plan and future plans in case the house did not sell, so that we could capitalize on the interest of buyers for a new house on the market. Leslie guided us gently and consistently through the price changes and helped us understand what we needed to do to keep the interest up. Leslie allowed us to dream and have fun while keeping us grounded. She took the stress and confusion out of purchasing a home. We never experienced any pressure or a hint of discourtesy. As busy as she was, we felt as if we were her only clients.
We enjoyed working with her so much that we actually missed her after we purchased our house. She's our realtor for life.
