Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Saint James, NY.
My relationship with Lyssa goes back over three years. I first got to know Lyssa when I was trying to sell my home in 2011. That sale did not go through but Lyssa's professional demeanor through the entire process prompted me to call her again when I was in the market to buy.
Lyssa is very courteous, friendly, helpful and a true professional. Through the 3 year process until I finally, FINALLY closed on the house after seeing homes every weekend for over a year when I was in the buying mode, Lyssa has been nothing but smiles.
I highly recommend Lyssa as a real estate agent and If I need Lyssa's services again I will not hesitate to call Lyssa.

Lisa is very easy to work with and very professional. Always shows up on time and does her research. A pleasure to work with! I would recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell a home. She is extremely friendly as well. She made sure that we had a wide variety of homes to look at. She listened to what we wanted and showed us only those that matched our criteria.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Centereach, NY.
Our Coach Realty Agent – Lyssa Gugliotta – helped sell our home in Centereach, NY this year. We took her experience and advice, listened to her logical suggestions, and had 3 people get into a bidding war the first week we listed the house. Lyssa made our Long Island home’s relocation sale go much easier for us. We had a positive experience with her and her agency. We like her choice of photographer, too. We would definitely recommend her and her office.

Lisa was a a joy to work with in helping my husband and I find our new home. She spent countless hours taking us from home to home until we finally found "the one." It was a journey we will never forget, and owe it all to Lyssa for her expertise and professionalism. Purchasing our first home was a lengthy process for all involved, especially dealing with an estate, and Lyssa was responsive to all our questions and needs. She was able to negotiate for what we wanted and was a pleasure to work with. We consider her not only our real estate broker, but our new found friend for life.. We would highly recommend her to all of those looking for their dream home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $675K in Smithtown, NY.
Lyssa was an enormous help in selling our house. She thought about what would be best for us throughout the sales process. She provided honest and compassionate advice. She was generous with her assistance to us, above and beyond the usual. She did a market analysis and advised on setting an asking price. She provided excellent advice about staging. She thought carefully about where and how to advertise the house. She showed the house effectively. She provided advice worth thousands of dollars during the negotiations. She was extremely competent and completely reliable at all times. We would gladly do business with her again and would happily recommend her to our friends and family - and to you.
Lyssa was both our selling and buying agent recently. We could not have had a better agent to work with us. She was diligent, articulate, knowledgable, and extremely responsive. She worked worked so hard in getting our condo sold. Lyssa listened to all of our concerns and needs and once we were in contract quickly found us our perfect home. Lyssa guided us through this very stressful process and her assistance ensured that everything went smoothly. She communicates regularly and worked well with our sellers, appraiser, lawyer and loan officer. Lyssa is highly capable and I would recommend her to anyone who is selling or buying a property.

Lyssa gugliotta is a first rate, talented real estate agent. From the moment my family met her, we knew that she and her partner would go the extra mile to get our mom's house sold. And they did. She was compassionate, attentive and absolutely a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her services without hesitation.
Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $275K in Lindenhurst, NY.
We always did things a little off track, my wife and I never seemed in sync with people our age. We got married later, had children later and purchased a home later. When we finally had the bare minimum down payment to start the process, it was 2008 and the beginning of the housing crisis. We contacted Lyssa Gugliotta from Coach Realty on a recommendation. On first meeting she was cordial and accommodating just as you would expect, the test would be for her to be the same at the end of the process, with the strict criteria as to location and price that we set forth.
Although prices were falling because of the crisis, we still were shopping the low end of the market, affectionately called “fixer upper’s” ( in retrospect they should be called “rebuilds”). Lyssa worked hard to find a match in our area, we wanted to stay in the school district in which we were renting, we wanted a nice neighborhood, we wanted a basement and a garage and of course we wanted all this at our price point. We looked at some really awful homes, houses with standing water in the basement, showers stalls in the dining room, bedrooms with no closets, and house that have not seen residents in a long time and we drudged through all of them with Lyssa always dressed for the office. I knew she was uncomfortable with some of the homes because some were vacant and dark, and they almost all had a strange smell, but she still showed them in order to find our match.
Finally we saw a home that met all the criteria set forth, it was an Estate property that had not seen any updates since the 1970’s, the son that was selling the home lived there with two large dogs. When we got an appointment to see the home we greeted by the aggressive dogs which were then placed in the yard. The house was dirty, it smelled of the animals, and it was dated and in need of repairs. Lyssa had a hard time concealing her discomfort when the full force of the odors hit her, but she smiled and went on (I truly believe she showed the whole house on one breath, lol). When we were done we discussed the home in more positive terms and focused on the potential. The neighborhood had the same style house dotted throughout and they were updated and beautiful, this house offered the basement and garage we were looking for plus the luxury of 4 bedrooms. The house was priced well above our maximum but we offered our maximum anyway.
Then we waited. The offer was eventually accepted but the “Estate” had to approve it, which it chose not to do. Back to square one. About two months later our offer was accepted again, but our original mortgage commitment ran out. We now had to re apply for our mortgage which now was more difficult because the bank crisis was in full swing and lenders required more information then they did months prior. After some sleepless night we were approved once again, and now waited for and heir search for the property which took months.
Finally in March of 2009 we went to closing, and moved in on May 1st of that year, one full year after we first saw the property. Lyssa attended the closing, there one more time as she had been throughout the whole process, she was smiling, accommodating and cordial as in the beginning, with one major exception, we were now friends too. I never hesitate to offer her services to friends, family and anyone I hear needs the expertise of a qualified Real Estate professional. Lyssa took a tedious, time consuming and emotional rollercoaster ride with us, and stayed till the “Home Sweet Home” end.
