Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Paso Robles, CA.
My wife and I had a difficult on again off again desire to view homes in the Paso Robles area over the course of a couple of years, Leila was extremely patient in finding us exactly the type of property we wanted when we needed it.
Leila is super knowlegable about the Paso area and knew every neighborhood that I wanted to research.
Leila is responsive, professional, courteous, and very accomodating.
If you want someone who can take a sometimes stressful process and make it simple and fun, Leila is your agent!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Paso Robles, CA.
Leila was able to negotiate my parents house from a foreclosure to a short sale and help them receive relocation funds at the end of the sale. She was always reachable either by phone, text or email and if she didn't have the answer, she would find it. I would recommend her to anyone that is in the same position that my parents were in because Leila has no judgement, only compassion to help those that cannot help themselves.

My experience with Leila from the moment I first contacted her to about a home listing was very positive. She was very personable and professional. I was new to the area and she knew Paso Robles well which was helpful. She was very resourceful in keeping me updated on current listings and always contacted me promptly. She diligently worked very hard to help me find the right home in the location I really wanted. She was very considerate of our appointment times and made them productive. She was an excellent communicator and helped explained terms so I could understand. Overall, I found Leila to be an amazingly talented women who is gifted in many areas that give her great creditability as a Real Estate Professional. I am so grateful I had the priveldge to work with her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Paso Robles, CA.
We were in Paso for Memorial weekend to play golf, taste wine and check out some houses. I had done some research of my own and drove past several of the houses I saw listed but none were open houses, I called a couple of the realtors but didn't reach any except Leila Harrington. We were unable to see the house she had listed because the owners had visitors, however, Leila asked us our budget and what we were looking for and by the next day she had 7-8 houses lined up to show us. She pointed out things of interest as we were driving around and was very familiar with the different neighborhoods. Even though we didn't expect to buy a house that weekend we found 3 that we liked and finally narrowed it down to one. Leila provided comps for the neighborhood, talked about local housing prices and helped us through the process for putting in an offer. She also arranged for us to return to the house to look at it again before we went back to the Bay Area the next day (as well as several times after that). Leila kept in touch by phone and email in the weeks to follow with updates, she emailed the counter offer and then the final offer. The final paperwork was sent by mobile notary for our signatures and the process was completed within 24 hours of signing. Leila is very likable, knowledgeable and professional and I feel like I gained a friend by time the process was all done. I highly recommend her!

What can I say about Leila...I felt that she actually cared about me and that she wanted to make sure I was happy with the results on my short sale...I never got the feeling that it was about her commission... she did her homework and knew what she had to know about my mortgage lender in order to get the result I needed.. if an issue came up, she would find a solution and then call me, not the opposite.. she went beyond what I would have expected from a realtor (e.g., she found new homes for my dogs!).. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend using Leila...you will not be disappointed with her effort.. When I am ready to buy again, I will be using Leila... Thanks again, Lelia..

This agent is top notch. She is full service from helping me stage my home to handling paperwork, coming to me promptly to sign any necessary paperwork. Her negotiation and business skills are impressive. She is knowledgeable of contractors and service people in the area if something needs to get done in the process of selling a home. She can handle difficult transactions with professionalism and tact. She is familiar with the area and keeps on top of the real estate market. She was the perfect real estate agent for me.

After dealing with JP Morgan Chase for over 3 years to obtain a loan modification, I was contacted by Leila who suggested we try a short sale and see if the mortgage could be resolved. The property sold in 24 hours; all paperwork was completed correctly by Leila, but Chase, again, would not process the paperwork. Had it not been for her persistence and continued negotiations with Chase personnel - the matter may never have been closed. I'm happy to say the escrow closed and I no longer have to deal with such outrageous incompetency with JP Morgan Chase. I would highly recommend Leila to anyone wishing to sell their home or anyone in need of a very competent negotiator to deal with banks or mortgage companies. Thanks Leila! Deana Lowry

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Paso Robles, CA.
There aren't enough "5 Stars" to describe how responsive and committed Leila was to our home buying process. As first time home buyers we were so fortunate to have found her. Leila has shown real knowledge of the local community, as well as a responsiveness to our unique "wants." Yet, she was not afraid to advise us if she thought we were making a mistake, bringing her professional expertise to the mix. She was available to show us houses whenever we needed her to, despite our challenging schedules, and connected us with equally spectacular professionals in the community. We closed on our home approximately three months ago (on 3/29/12)- she was equally active in her attention to detail during our closing process, and helped ensure it went smoothly. Since we have moved into our new home she has remained supportive, letting us know the market conditions today and how they compare to our purchase price. We will certainly continue to use Leila for any real estate transactions or real estate advice! We couldn't feel better about continuing to support a local business owner and are lucky to have her on our team!

Sold a home in 2012.
We did a short sale on our house in Atascadero and Leila was more than helpful through the whole process. She went above and beyond her role as a realator. When documents needed to be signed, she would come to our house to drop off and pick up the papers. What should have been a very stressful situation, she made so much easier on our family and we could not have been happier. I would HIGHLY reccommend Leila to anyone who is buying or selling a house. I know when we are ready to buy again, we will be going with Leila!!
