In a period when prospective buyers were few and far between, Linda provided 22 prospective buyers through my lakefront home. Prior to Linda's help, several unsuccessful agents had no more than 3 prospective buyers during their contract terms. Special added attraction: Linda is an aswesome negotiator.

It was our first home in US and we hadnt any experience. Cone team was very helpfull and patient with such "not the best customers" which we are !!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Parkville, MO.
My family and I relocated from Texas to Missouri. Trying to get our schedules coordinated to view homes was not an easy task. The Cone team was very flexible in accommodating our schedule. Showing us houses that were in our price range and in the location we desired.
Even after we closed on our house and moved in, our realtor, Ana Royal, came by our house and brought us a lunch. A week or so after we moved in she showed my wife around the Kansas City area which has been a big help.
The Cone teams knowledge of the area has been was very helpful in us finding our home here in Missouri.

Linda was very patient with us as our search for a new home in a new city took quite a while. She spent a great deal of time with us and was available when we called her last minute to look at houses. We felt like she was a friend by the time we had settled into our new home.
