Bought a home in 2012.
Working with Linda to find my home was great! She was patient with me, but also great to remind me what was important to me in a home. The market was kind of bare at times, she helped me stay on track and not settle, but also not to lose hope. She is quick to return emails and calls, and always finds time to show you a property!

Linda is a great realtor! My husband and I were looking for a property to rent when we moved to the Tampa area in late 2010, but rental options were not very good at the time. After viewing several rentals, we were very disappointed. We didn't think we were in a good financial position to buy our first home, so Linda set us up with a financial consultalt/loan officer so that we were aware of all of our options. Just as she suspected, because of our inexperience in the real estate market, we had seriously underestimated our buying potential.
