Property manage a home.

As a multiple property owner, management is a task I care not to handle. It involves precise attention to detail and the ability to have a level head in the midst of dealing with diverse personalities. Linda is the lady for the job. She takes pride in her work and her communication skills are one to be desired. I find her to be the calm in the storms of management. She is very knowledgeable and I have the uttermost confidence in leaving my investment property in her hands. I highly recommend Linda Pasas to anyone looking for property management.

Property manage a home.

Linda managed a couple of homes for my mother and I in the area and we could not be happier with her. She is incredibly professional and friendly. She kept us up to date with what was going on, at all times. You have to love that! She's definitely the right woman for the job, and while my mother can be a difficult woman to please sometimes, she never once had any complaints with Linda. We would both love to thank Linda again while recommending her expert services to anyone reading this review.

Bought a home in 2014.

Linda Pasas and her team Jared Wilson and Candice Cap recently helped us to look for and finally to close purchase of our first home. She patiently walked us through the whole home buying process from start to finish, explained all the steps and answered all our questions promptly. She is very detailed and organized in managing all the paperwork as well. Linda is also really nice and friendly, we are really happy and grateful for all her helps and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in San Diego.

Sold a home in 2000.

You won’t find a better real estate broker than Linda Pasas. All of the reviews and recommendations essentially say that she is very competent and an exceptionally nice person. We completely and absolutely agree! We experienced the following in working with Linda: • she communicated clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing • she listened well to our questions and reassured our concerns throughout the process • she was a skilled and experienced real estate negotiator • she had both a macro and micro knowledge of the SD real estate market as well as an intimate understanding of the mortgage/lender processes • she and her team always made us feel as though we were a valued client • she was organized, efficient with her time, and able to focus on the immediate task at hand • she thought ahead and made sure all of the details were covered • she and her team were readily available via phone, email, or text • she looked after our best interest • she was friendly, warm-hearted, hard-working, professional, and responsible • she provided excellent service • she and her in-house team were well coordinated – we were never left hanging • she was never pushy or manipulative, but rather was very allowing and accepting of our wishes/desires • and we always enjoyed seeing/meeting/talking with her!

Sold a home in 2014.

Linda helped us purchase our first home, which happened to be a short sale. It was a long, eight-month process and she handled our constant emails and calls with professionalism and grace. We are very grateful for her help in the purchase of our first home!

We were very impressed with Linda from our initial call and asked her to also show us several other listings. We found Linda to be an absolute professional, with great knowledge of the area we were looking at. She is very patient and kind and extremely accommodating--sacrificing many hours on a last-minute Saturday and Sunday to showing us a very large range of houses in order to help us figure out what we are looking for.

We highly recommend Linda Pasas as a realtor. She is a consumate professional, personable, and responsive. It took looking at many homes before we finally found "dream home" and through it all she took time to go over the details of each home, what we liked, what we didn't like, until we had a clearer picture of exactly what we were looking for...and then we found it.

Sold a home in 2013.

I just moved to this New City and needed to find an apartment and move in within a few days. I worked with Linda to find an apartment. It was a true pleasure to work with she—she was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She found me an amazing apartment on the first day I met with her. We applied that night, got approved the next day, and signed the lease the following day. I will definitely work with her again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a home in 2014.

Bought Home in Fallbrook, CA $382,500

My husband and I were looking to buy our first home with enough room for our growing family. Because we are both relatively young we were really looking for a real estate broker who would take us seriously and genuinely help us through the intimidating process of buying our first home. We spoke to a few realtors and almost immediately we were put off by their demeanor and it was apparent that they lacked experience and knowledge about the buying process. When we first spoke to Linda Pasas, she was exceptionally pleasant and easygoing and never hesitated to slow down and explain the details to us. She pointed out which properties would better suit us and were more practical when it came to our needs as well as the needs of our daughter and steered us clear of other homes that would turn into major projects down the line. Linda examined our budget and worked really hard to find us the best property our money and time could afford. She was always available to answer our questions, day or night, and was very punctual about making sure that we were firm with our offers. She was extremely prompt when it came to paperwork and any forms that needed quick attention and very compassionate when it came to our needs, wants and considering our long and short-term goals. All inspections were taken care of and things like mortgages and taxes were thoroughly explained. Buying a home is absolutely a daunting process but Linda made it a breeze. Respect is very important in my family and with the respect and sincerity that Ms. Linda Pasas showed us throughout our search to find a home; I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the market for a realtor that’s not into cutting corners and knows what she is doing. Thank you so much Linda for taking excellent care of us!!

Sold a Condo home in 2013 in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, CA.

My aunt recently willed me her estate in San Diego worth approximately $300,000. I'm one of her last living relatives. She passed away about a year ago and left me the wish that her property be sold and the profits go to a local nonprofit that she heald dear to her heart. Following her wishes, I decided it was time to put the house up for auction about six months after her passing. It was difficult, as I had many memories in the house. It's one of those things that hold sentimental value- and you want the person buying it to understand how important it is to you. I knew right from the start I didn't just want 'any' realtor. I wanted one that was kind, open to my opinions, and worked WITH me not FOR me. After doing extensive searching online (I'm not originally from the San Diego area) I found Linda Pasas. I'm really gratefuly I did.

After my first meeting to discuss the sale with Linda, we took a short tour of the house, and she assured me she could work to sell the home in the price range my aunt had wished it would go for. My aunt's minimal acceptable offer (although not known to the buyers) would be $250,000. We listed the house for $275,000, giving it a $25,000 leeway for acceptable offers. The house was in fairly good shape and right from the start Linda assured me that no investments would need to be made to ensure a sale- on the other hand she did recommend certain upkeep (like keeping the electricity and water running, as well as having it cleaned once a week and keeping the lawn in decent condition). I followed her advice and budgeted an appropriate amount of upkeep for the house during it's time on the market.

Although I live in Alaska, Linda kept in constant contact with me. She immidiately answered any questions I had and was prompt and informative in her responses. She never missed a call- and if she did she would call back immidiately. She knew the importance of the house to me and kept true to her promise to find a buyer who appreciated it just as much. She worked very hard to show the house to the right people. She was so professional in the way she did everything. She advertised the house online, in newspapers, and in person for me. I didn't have to do anything. Within three months her work had paid off. Three buyers stepped up with interest in the house. Two people had viewed the house within the week. Both made offers in between $250,000 and $275,000. But Linda knew that there was one buyer who had also seen the house about a month ago that had expressed interest- so she contacted them as well just to see if they wanted to make any last minute offers. They offered over the $275,000 and one of the first buyers dropped out. But the other buyer began offering as well and eventually the price settled on was $300,000- above and beyond my aunt's (and I's) expectations. I was so so thrilled with Linda. She was kind enough even to give the buyers my address, and they sent a letter explaining how thankful they were that they were being blessed with such a well-loved house.

Linda was amazing. I couldn't have found a more respectable and professional realtor had I tried. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the San Diego area. She's a wonderful person in business and personally as well.

Found a tenant for a home.

Linda Pasas and Jared Wilson, her partner, were fabulous. Professional, good-hearted, and they both gave me their full attention and more. I am extraordinarily happy with my experience and recommend them highly. They went out of their way to find the best tenants for my condo in San Diego and I have been delighted with our working relationship.
