Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $775K in Ardenwood, Fremont, CA.

Linda/Leon is available on the phone anytime and is super prompt in responding to emails. Linda/Leon always had our best interests in mind and is an excellent negotiator who really makes the deal. He is professional, trustworthy and a charming personality to work with.
After our offer got accepted, he regularly communicated with my loan agent in making sure the approval was on track to meet the contract deadline. After close, he also helped us with referrals to affordable licensed contractors, movers, home insurance agent, and professional cleaning services.
