Dear friends, future home buyers or sellers,

It took me a while to write this letter and I apologize for it, because there is not enough words to describe how we appreciated Linda Young and her team’s excellent service during our little complicated buying and selling experiences for an almost 2 and half months “journey”. We met Linda at the second time open house of one of her listing, which we fortunately become very happy home owner at the end, it was a long story with my particular case as a buyer for a desirable Mission San Jose home, it was our mistake initially went with an irresponsible/unprofessional loan agent that resulted us almost pass the deadline and yet this so-called HSBC loan veteran was on her vacation and even worse: not that there were someone took over the process and yet she did not “allow” us to contact her colleagues, and she never return your calls and emails, even to all other agents working on this deal! Thank god we have Linda, she helped us analyzed situation and came up with a solution and better yet recommend her trusted loan agent which helped us smoothly close the purchase at the end. Linda’s professional knowledge is incredible, she knows Fremont areas, the history, market trend, community, neighborhood, etc. She has great insight and incredible expertise in real estate. We especially appreciate the exceptional service and hard work she and her team did for us, negotiating, finding solutions, finding a trusted lender, securing an inspection, talking to sellers while things almost hit a “snag”, so and so. She is so responsive even reply my emails at midnight right after I sent, she made herself always reachable whenever I had a question. She was always resourceful, even helped to have solution ready for worst case scenario. We still find ourselves waking up and thinking how lucky we were to work with Linda and now we are so happy in the home she helped us to get into. My family has bought several properties over the years, and we were very impressed with Linda’s professionalism and expertise, this process is complicated and very educational to me, Linda definitely is one of the best in my humble view, and believe me I am not exaggerating, because my story does not end here, next Linda helped us selling our previous home in Fremont. People think in an up market, it might not seem that the listing agent matters, let me tell you - it does. Not every selling is same, some may sell top price and some need to sell as quick as possible, which was our case, but we sold ours not only quick but was the top price in our area, thanks to Linda’s superior insights, on advertising and prospecting, pre-listing renovation / staging, and effective showing and proactive facilitating during the sale. She was so instrumental, she gave wise counsel along the whole course, she has a tremendous “grasp” of the market and possesses the intuitive feeling of what real market price is and how well it will sell. We listened to her on the pricing and did some renovating, we reached our goal and most importantly, we sold it very quickly so my loan application for my new house could be proved in time before my purchase contract expires, which in this difficult lending market is next to impossible. We did! with Linda’s exceptional help, her care, her devotion, her incredible professional knowledge, her amazingly responsive, her… I’ve never met a real estate agent like Linda, from the start Linda showed us there is reason she be the No. one agent in Fremont top area, she is in a class of her own with going above and beyond. I consider myself “proud” but I believe I have been blessed to have Linda’s help throughout this whole process: buying and selling. From bottom of our hearts, we THANK her: Linda Young! I know the best “thank you” to her is “referral”, by all means I WILL, and all of my friends whoever wants to buy or sell properties, I will tell him/her: go talk to Linda. We had a really great experience with Linda/Leon Hu at Top Mission Realty in closing our first home less than a week ago. We had the pleasure working with Linda Young/Leon buying our first home in the area in February 2013.

I would say in this hot market, being able to secure a contract from the sellers at a reasonable price is fairly challenging. Linda Young/Leon made it happen for us! Compared with many buyers who can put down very large down payment, even we have very good credit, we were not very confident that we could get a house in the highly sought-after mission area at all. Linda Young/Leon, through their well-connected network, tactic negotiation, promptness in action, and right judgment at the right moment, won us a contract from the sellers. YEAH!
