Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $775K in Ardenwood, Fremont, CA.
We had a really great experience with Linda/Leon Hu at Top Mission Realty in closing our first home less than a week ago. We wanted someone knowledgeable about the Fremont area, and picking Top Mission Realty was the best decision we could have made. What I liked about them is the value, expertise and professionalism they add to the entire process. As area specialists with years of experience (they are one of the top real estate broker/agent in Alameda county), they are the ones that can really strike the deal for you in this incredibly competitive market.
Linda/Leon worked patiently with us not only sending listings but also provided additional insights that we wouldn't have known otherwise. He came to open houses with us, arranged for personal showings, and walked through in detail about the pros and cons of each home, providing estimates of repair/remodeling costs. Linda/Leon is available on the phone anytime and is super prompt in responding to emails. Linda/Leon always had our best interests in mind and is an excellent negotiator who really makes the deal. He is professional, trustworthy and a charming personality to work with.
After our offer got accepted, he regularly communicated with my loan agent in making sure the approval was on track to meet the contract deadline. After close, he also helped us with referrals to affordable licensed contractors, movers, home insurance agent, and professional cleaning services. We couldn't have asked for a better/smoother process, thanks to Linda/Leon Hu and Top Mission Realty!

Leon/Linda were wonderful realtors. They were knowledgeable, reliable, and not pushy at all. That made my wife's and my first foray into home selling an overall positive experience. A few things we really liked about Leon/Linda:
They were always AVAILABLE or had someone we could contact. We had lots of questions as new home sellers, and Leon/Linda would always respond quickly and with a lot of detail. They are extremely good at UNDERSTANDING their clients. Leon/Linda are very KNOWLEDGABLE about the real estate market in SF and give very good advice. Overall, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Leon/Linda to anyone looking for a new home sale/buy,especially if you are unfamiliar with the process and need savvy recommendations and a little extra handholding.

The crew at Top Mission Realty is TRULY professional and VERY impressive. I believe they are the most well-connected real estate agency in the Mission San Jose area.
We had the pleasure working with Linda Young/Leon buying our first home in the area in February 2013.
I would say in this hot market, being able to secure a contract from the sellers at a reasonable price is fairly challenging. Linda Young/Leon made it happen for us! Compared with many buyers who can put down very large down payment, even we have very good credit, we were not very confident that we could get a house in the highly sought-after mission area at all. Linda Young/Leon, through their well-connected network, tactic negotiation, promptness in action, and right judgment at the right moment, won us a contract from the sellers. YEAH! This happens not through magic, but deep experiences.
Also, what differentiates Linda Young/Leon from other agents is they take time to educate you as a buyer. Instead of taking us to see properties right away, Leon made sure we had enough knowledge about the area, geography surrounding the area and common issues such as termite, roof, house foundations, market and more.
Linda Young/Leon took care of us from the very beginning to the very end, even after our closing. Leon made sure we are happy with every detail throughout the buying process.

I am writing this to express my satisfaction working with Linda. My wife and I had been looking for a house for about 4 months and put in multiple offers to different properties without much luck. We started working with Linda after finding a house that we liked. She made sure we made a competitive offer, and then helped to make sure that our deal was being considered by the seller. She helped negotiate with the seller about pretty much everything and took care of any issues that we had immediately. After the closing of the house, I found out that the sprinkler system did not work. Linda called up her gardener and got it working for me out of her pocket. She was quick and effective throughout the buying process.
