Bought a home in 2012.
Working with Lisa was a really good experience. We were moving to the area from out of state and we weren't familiar with the neighborhoods. We looked at all of the homes that were for sale in the area that seemed interesting to us. A lot of the homes were getting offers from other buyers and that made us pretty nervous. Lisa knew the ins and outs of making offers and was able to get our offer accepted on the house we really wanted. That was a relief for us and we are happy with the outcome.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Elk Grove, CA.
I highly recommend Lisa Jonsson. She is determined to do whatever needs to be done to get the job done right. I found her after finding a home here on Zillow that I was interested in, and she quickly responded with answers to my questions and the rest is history. Her patience, availability and kindness made me and my family feel comfortable around her. If I ever purchase another home, I would definitely use her real estate services again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Folsom, CA.
Lisa is the best! She was prompt, efficient, and SO helpful! She found my husband and I our dream home in record time. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone that is looking to purchase a home.

Bought a home in 2011.
I live in Mt. Shasta, but worked in Dayton OH. I was driving every week to the Sacramento Airport to travel to Dayton. For me, it was time to move to a closer airport. I contacted Lisa to get some insight into the Sacramento housing market. After carefully reviewing my needs and current situation, she recommended the No. Natomas area of Sacramento. My wife and I started receiving listings from Lisa almost everyday. After I researched the Natomas area and understanding its current situation, my wife and I started compiling a list of homes that we wanted to see. Lisa was able to take my list and ferry my wife and I around looking at homes. Lisa was able to work around my busy commute schedule and meet with us for hours at a time. After reviewing several homes, Lisa learned more about what was important in a home for us. Lisa provided additional input and suggestions about possible homes.
After physically looking at 18 homes, my wife and I found one we both liked. Lisa facilitated the offer process by using state-of-the-art technology to deliver our offers and counter offers electronically. After 5 days, the sellers and I have agreed upon a selling price. During the process, Lisa communicated pointers as to what would be a good bid. Her information was spot on. After agreeing on a price, my wife and I closed on the deal in 30 days. And during this time, I was still traveling from Mt. Shasta to Dayton, OH.
Lisa is a professional that attempts to understand what a buyer wants. She has, in her back pocket, a vast amount of resources to assist with home inspections, roof repairs and plumbing. She knows the Natomas area very well. She was always on time and communicated every question or status via email as things came up. She has a great personallity and has a positive outlook on life. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone that is looking in the Sacramento area. I would have Lisa as my realtor again if the need ever comes up.

Bought a home in 2011.
We met several Real Estate Agents when we started to view open homes but quickly realized that Lisa is an excellent, thorough and patient Real Estate Agent and the person we can trust in. We have been first time home buyer in the States and it took us a while to figure out, what kind of home and area we like. We finally offered on a short sale and Lisa successfully navigated us thru this difficult and complex process. During this time, she all times responded immediately to our questions and never left something open.

Bought a home in 2011.
Lisa provided excellent service in regards to the purchase of my home. She is very easy to work with and also very friendly. I never felt any unease when I had to contact her with any of my questions and was very thorough and efficient with the entire process of purchasing my home.
