Lisa could not have been more helpful in our search for a new home in Waterbury. She listened carefully to all our needs and wants and, somehow, was able to discern from our confused ramblings (and constant changings of mind) what we were really looking for in a home. She babysat us all the way through the process--helping us enormously even though the home we were purchasing was her listing and we did not retain a buyers' representative--and stayed on top of the entire process so that we could close on time and with the repairs that needed to be made to our house completed. She is, as well, an exceptionally fine and trustworthy person, rare (we know) in the land of real estate professionals. Best of all, she has become a real friend to both of us!
