Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $175K in Taylorville, IL.
Very good experience. She was willing to take the time to find a home with everything we wanted. Very good at negotiation and being fair. I would highly recommend her. She will do a great job for you!

Sold a home in 2010.
Very friendly and polite but at the same time did not sugar coat anything. She worked diligently for me on numerous occasions. Found a buyer one time before the sign was in the yard. Definitely recommended!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in Taylorville, IL.
Lisa went above and beyond to help me and my family buy our first home. She was very patient and showed us many houses so we could see what we wanted and also what we didnt want. As a first time home buyer it can be very over welming buying a house. Me and my girlfriend ended up buying a house we never though we would be able to afford. Thanks to the negotiation skills of Lisa everything fell into place and now we have our dream house.

Bought a home in 2011.
we found lisa on the internet she is an absolute awesome real estate agent i could have asked for.she busted her butt to get things done for us. she went well beyond what she had to do. she got us into our house and we are loving it. if u need someone to help find a home its her no questions asked.
