Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $400K in Portland, OR.
Andrew was easy to talk to and to understand. He knew when to reduce the price of our house when we were unable to sell. Andrew was so convinced we should stage our entry better, he helped move furniture to make it perfect. Andrew took beautiful professional looking pictures and created a virtual tour and beautiful flyer that showed off our house elegantly. People in our neighborhood, on the next block, did not reduce their price and had to move out leaving the house vacant because they could not sell it. Andrew is friendly, knowledgeable, practices aggressive marketing, and in the end, brought us a buyer that loved our house and bought it enabling us to move on to the next house and job in Iowa. I would definitely want Andrew to represent us again if we were buying or selling in his area. I have highly recommended him to friends and family.

Working with Andrew was a Joy. He was able to sell our house for what we wanted in 17 days in a very challenging price catagory. He also helped us find exactly what we wanted in a new one as well. I would highly recommend

Great agent - forthcoming, honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful during the sale of our home, but especially so as we looked for a new home. Andrew kept our best interests at heart, and listened to us. Overall a very positive experience.

Selling a house is not an easy proposition, especially the way the economy has been the last few years. We were lucky to have Andrew Beach as our Realtor, because he went way above and beyond the call of duty to help make sure we got the best price possible. Actually, Andrew had to sell our house twice because the first buyer backed out. We were devastated! But Andrew took it in stride, told us "these things happen" and suggested we go to the coast for the weekend. We did and when we came home on Monday he had another offer . . . even BETTER than the one before. I would gladly work with him again!

Andrew presents a highly optimistic approach to moving Real Estate, even in a difficult market. His marketing plan delivered extraordinary traffic ... as many as 15 people a week actually walking through the house and up to SIX offers in one week ... in January of 2008, no less!!! This guy really understands the market trends and knows how to move Real Estate while making sure clients on both sides are happy with the results. I strongly recommend Andrew for your RE needs

I've used Andrew on 3 transactions in the last few years and have received exceptional service. Through Andrew's website I was able to keep tabs on the market, look at new listings (with seemingly immediate notification), and utilize important links to other service providers. During our transactions Andrew continued to be patient with my decision making process and provided timely market data to make great decisions. He always had my best interest at heart. I would absolutely use his service again and recommend him highly to anyone in the market.

Andrew was very helpful in helping us find our new home. We are new to the area and his help and knowledge of the different communities was great. His patience was also tested since we looked at many, many houses and he remained very professional.
