    Bought a home in 2004.
    We contacted Island Real Estate when we knew nothing about Anna Maria Island and were interested in purchasing a home there. We were put in touch with Liz and couldn't have been better taken care of. She was professional in every way, but added her personal opinions to make us aware of things an outsider might not be aware of. She found us the perfect home and we're never giving it up! She will give you her honest opinion and is not in the real estate business just to "get the sale". We truly felt as if she took our purchase as importantly as she would her own. Thank you Liz!

    Dealing with Liz was wonderful. She handled every situation(and there were plenty of them) with expertise and professionalism. I would recommend Liz to anyone that needed a realtor.
