Bought a home in 2012.
Lynn was excellent. She easily dealt with the difficulties of helping an out-of-state buyer (me). She was always positive and helpful, and patient when interstate issues made us start the mortgage process all over again. She kept our seller informed and interested until the paperwork could be worked out.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Oneonta, NY.
Lynn helped my husband and I find our first home. She was extremely helpful, and she was almost always available, she always got back to us in a timely fashion. We are very happy and satisfied with our wonderful new home. Thanks Lynn so much for all you did to help us. I would recommend to anyone looking for a real-estate agent to go with Lynn, she's the best. Thanks again!!!!

Lynn did a fantastic job for me. I was her very first client and in that time she was not only able to get me out of a bad deal but she also got my deposit back!. She also helped me find the perfect home for my family and I.

Showed home in 2011 in Schuyler Lake, Otsego, NY 13348.
Lynn was very attentive to our needs. We told her what we were looking for and she managed to make the most of our time with our limited time. We will definitely continue to use her.
Update to our original posting. Lynn helped us find our dream house. We closed on our house October 2012. Lynn was extremely patient with us. It took almost a year until we found the perfect house. We've been in our house five months now and we are so happy. We thank Lynn for all she did for us.
