Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Tower Grove South, Saint Louis, MO.
Thanks to Leigh and her team, I now have a home in St. Louis. She was very patient with me because 1) I was indecisive and 2) I was overseas and only in the area once or twice a year. She is extremely knowledgable in home rennovation, codes, historical buildings and all things real estate! Through her persistence and knowledge of the city area, they found me a house that I love and can call home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Carondelet, Saint Louis, MO.
Being a first-time home buyer is daunting, but Leigh made it easy. She listened to what I wanted, got us rolling right away, was candid in her assessments and with her knowledge, and kept me on track. She knows when to push and when to pull back to get you to the finish line and your dream home. All of the scheduling and appointments and reference documents were handed to me on a silver platter, making the whole thing seem almost too easy. In short - Leigh's a pro!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Tower Grove South, Saint Louis, MO.
Top notch realtor that understands what it means to be a realtor and how to take care of her clients. I highly recommend weather buying or selling in the STL metro area. She wrapping up a sale for me that's taken her 2 months so far and should be done in another two. The previous realtor was going on three years of on and off service.

Leigh helped me buy my two family home, with one side for me to live in and then helped me find tenants to reside in the other. When I relocated, helped me find tenants for the unit I used to reside in.
She has been very helpful along the way and knows a ton about the area. Additionally, she knows what to expect with the older homes that are in St. Louis City.

Sold a home in 2012.
We found Leigh on Zillow after seeing all her great reviews. They reviews couldn't have been more truthful. She was everything we wanted in an agent and more. She was very knowledgeable about properties in Saint Louis City, which can be a daunting area to buy or sell. She always made time to sit down with us and explain all the details of the complicated selling process. She was responsive to our questions and did everything in her power to make sure we were satisfied. When we sold the house, she made the negotiation process practically painless and even went steps further recommending a great handyman to help us get a few little things fixed up. We would highly recommend Leigh if you are looking to sell your home. In fact, we have already recommended her to a friend!

Working with Leigh was great. She was knowledgeable about the area and the selling process. We sold our home very quickly and at a price all other realtors told us it would not be possible to get. Overall our expirience was very positive. If I had to do it over again I would definately pick Leigh.

Excellent, amazing real estate agent. As first time buyers we were very skeptical of who we would have as an agent, but Leigh was everything we wanted and more. She is extremely good at explaining all the details of real estate in a way that even I understood. She is extremely friendly and constantly checked in on me to see how things were going, and also was extremely easy to contact if I ever had a question.
One thing that I loved about Leigh that makes her different is that she tells you the truth. She will not sugar coat the details of a house just to make a sale- she would give us her honest opinion about every house including how she felt about the shape of the house and the things that needed to be fixed, which was sooooo helpful to us since she is so knowledgable about houses and we knew very little.
I absolutely now consider Leigh as a friend and would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Bought a home in 2012.
From the beginning Leigh got to know us so she could help us find a home she gave us access to a tool but also helped us go through our picks and find the best ones by giving us information we might not know, or told s what to looks for.
When looking at home she gave her honest opinions and helped us see things or learn things that we didnt know to look for.
When problems arose she made sure she knew what was goingon and took it upon herself to make sure they were delt with without affecting us.
She was great during everything and I do plan to work with her in the future if we ever move again!
