Showed home in 2010 in Oklahoma City, OK 73160.Summary:
Lisa Mollman is a great example of what all Realtors should be. She listens to the customer and offers a lot of knowledge, not opinion, when it comes to searching for or selling your home. When Lisa showed me homes, she was impeccably organized; offering me a complete packet of the homes we would be looking at and she also included additional information about the loan process.
Being that it was my first home purchase, she was very patient with me. She understands how big of a decision buying a home can be, and never once did I feel rushed to make a decision.
She was very timely. Every time I wanted to see a listing, she would schedule it right away. Lisa knows that a good deal will go fast, so her urgency of home scheduling was pertinent and a trait that is hard to find among other Realtors.
Lisa understands that purchasing a home is an investment, therefore she would pull comparable listings in the neighborhoods in which I was interested, just to be certain we were getting the best deal.

I am currently stationed in Texas. Distance was never an issue. Never did I have to wonder if I had been frogotten about or whether I could get in touch with her. Working with Lisa gave me alot of peace of mind. Peace of mind is priceless.
I had to sell my house as a short sale upon discovering that my renters had destroyed the house beyond what I could ever financially afford to fix. She was honest about what I needed to do in order to make the sale successful. I did not hesitate to follow her direction.
