Let me know the price that they are listed for. I would be interested except we have no agents in the Tulsa area and I feel like it's too far for me to service them properly. However we specialize a lot in lots/acreages and we get request on a regular basis of available properties in the Tulsa metro area. Highly recommend buying a home now. Low interest rates and most of my clients have been walking into homes with 100% financing and or little to no money out of their pockets. With plenty experience in short sales they are as unstable as my kids are without sleep. Get your head up and get back in the process. 95% of clients will find themself a better property then the first one they settle on within a month of contract fallout. I know of a few lenders that will allow the seller to pay for up to 6% of buyers closing cost, in which allows some buyers to walk into the house with hardly any closing cost coming out of their pocket
