Showed home in 2013 in Lone Tree, CO.
Lori is very smiley and happy, as long as she see an opportunity for a quick sale. As soon as she sees there might be some work involved, her responsiveness diminishes and she's simply too busy. She seemed to decent market knowledge in Lone tree, but really isn't as professional as others I've worked with. Take a pass, there are many others out there.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Heritage Hills, CO 80124
Lori was the listing agent on the property five months before the offer was received. Lori's inexperience with FHA requirements, for example verifying that the property was FHA approved before accepting an offer with FHA financing, cost the sale of this house. I would be concerned with Lori's lack of attention to detail to use her for any property.

I am sorry you feel this way. While no one is happy when a sale is not successful, it is the Buyer’s right to choose their type of financing. When Seller purchased this property, it was on the FHA approved lending list. However, due to the increase in the proportion of renters vs. owners, the project became ineligible for FHA financing. Unfortunately, the property owner may not know about this change unless notified by the HOA or until a Buyer’s lender contacts the FHA for a status update. The listing broker is not notified if the property becomes ineligible for FHA financing. Although I was the listing broker for this property, I worked with the Buyer to seek alternative financing options. Ultimately, the Buyer was not comfortable moving forward with the proposed loan terms. The Buyer has the right to select their financing and elected to terminate the contract. Other offers that did not contain FHA financing terms were submitted to the Seller, but Seller chose to not accept them.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Littleton, CO.
Lori is a caring and knowledgeable realtor. She helped my parents purchase their first home in over 40 years in Castle Rock, Colorado. My parents were nervous about buying a new home, however Lori guided them through each step of the purchasing process and helped them feel comfortable and confident with their decision. My parents are now in their new home and would not hesitate to work with Lori again. I am going to list my home in Lone Tree and the only realtor I would think of working with is Lori Corken.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Lone Tree, CO.
Lori Corken helped my family find a rental home in Lone Tree. We had very specific requirements, to be close to work and find a neighborhood which was kid friendly. Lori found a property in Lone Tree which was 10 minutes from work, and a 5 minute walk to the neighborhood park.

Lori has a staff of professional property managers and maintenance managers who respond to requests very promptly. Her team worked to respond to all of our maintenance requests, which is invaluable when you have small kids and the heat goes out in December.

I would recommend Lori most enthusiastically for any Corporate Executive relocating to Denver and looking for premium housing (rental or purchase) for their family.

Lori Corken is a super agent! She has an entire staff off agents, marketers and property managers at her disposal. We were impressed by her knowledge and professionalism of not just her but everyone associated with her. She helped me sell my home in a tough market. Not only does she know the area, but understands the market. We really enjoyed working with her.
